The quality is crap, and delay in shipment it took over 1 month and a half to get my TV console delivered,it arrived with chipped paint all over, they took it back and brought back a new one same issue with the paint, as soon as it dries completely it started cracking, will never be purchasing from them again

I would put 0 stars if that was an option! Nightmare of a company to deal with, conflicting delivery dates, clearly have no control of production and conveniently have no number to contact and removed all comments from Instagram! Horrible experience !

We are an interior design company, and unfortunately, our experience with Wallsnation has been extremely disappointing.

We placed our order and made the payment on 14th August, with a clearly communicated delivery timeline of 14 to 28 days. It has now been more than a month, and we are still waiting for the order.

For the past several weeks, we have been continuously following up with the team, but we keep receiving vague responses without any clear or confirmed delivery update. Despite explaining that the order is required for an ongoing interior project, there has been no serious response or proper commitment regarding when we can actually expect the delivery.

As an interior design company, project timelines are extremely important to us, and delays directly affect our clients, site schedules, and overall project commitments. We understand that unforeseen delays can happen, but in such situations, customers should at least receive honest, transparent, and timely communication.

It is very frustrating to have already made the payment and then spend weeks repeatedly chasing the supplier for a proper update.

We hope the management takes this matter seriously and improves both delivery commitments and customer communication, because customers should not have to continuously follow up just to get basic information about their paid order.

Very disappointing experience. The shoe cabinet arrived damaged, the doors did not close properly, and the colour was different from the website. I requested a refund to the original payment method, but they refused and only offered store credit or an exchange. Poor quality and very disappointing customer service.

Extremely disappointing experience with Wallsnation.

My order has still not been delivered after almost a month, and it is practically impossible to contact them. Their only communication channel appears to be WhatsApp, and they simply do not respond.

At this point, the whole experience feels like a scam. I would strongly recommend staying away and not placing an order with them.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Walls Nation and would not recommend them.

First, the delivery was postponed multiple times, with updates often provided at the end of the day on the scheduled delivery date. This was already very frustrating, as I stayed home waiting for a delivery that never arrived. When the table finally arrived (at 8:00 PM). The color did not match what was shown online (table light pink instead of cream), the product had visible damage, and the table itself was unstable.

What made the experience even worse was the after-sales service. Despite the product being damaged, unstable, and not matching expectations, Walls Nation refused to issue a refund and only offered store credit. This is unacceptable when the problem lies with the product delivered.

The return process is also a nightmare. I am currently chasing their customer service team for updates. I was informed that the table would be collected, yet no one has contacted me. I have had to follow up repeatedly, with very little communication, accountability, or sense of urgency from their side.

Overall, between the delayed delivery, damaged and unstable product, misleading color, refusal to provide a refund, and extremely poor return process, this has been one of the most frustrating furniture purchasing experiences I have ever had.

I strongly encourage potential customers to think twice before ordering from Walls Nation. Their lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and unwillingness to properly resolve customer issues have been extremely disappointing.

They take your money and never deliver. They won’t answer phone calls and won’t give you an update. They have a 30 days delivery and after 30 days will “check with production” and you will never get your furniture. Scam website. Fraudulent website.

I ordered an item that was meant to be delivered over a month ago at the latest. Since then they have given me various delivery dates and it has not shown up. They refuse to refund me.

The worst company I have ever come across.
Placed an order for a console table in December 2025, I received a notification on 17th January its ready for delivery, after than no response. Not 1 message from the company, I have been following up with them weekly for 7 MONTHS, and their customer service people are totally useless, just give me nonsense dates, and after 6 months of contacting them on WhatsApp and finally getting fed up of no action from them they tell me to EMAIL them, and that they cannot help on WhatsApp. brilliant. ofcourse its probably the same people over email, tell me that the order is actually not ready and offer me a credit note.
Why would I want to order anything from this shit company ever again.

I will give anyone interested the 7000 AED credit note I have just to avoid the ever ordering anything from this company.

I asked them to call me or give a number to call them, they outright refused. Cowards. I hope this company shuts down, that is what they deserve.
