Disappointing delivery service
The delivery experience was very disappointed. The shipping company tried to deliver my dresser two times, and it both end up with "they need one more helper" since I placed the order. Obviously the second time delivery didn't received any note from the first time. The delivery guy told me that someone will call me to reschedule the delivery again. Unfortunately, I haven't received any call, email or test messages yet. No one contact me.

Well I still haven't received the rug…
Well I still haven't received the rug so can't give a proper review but so far I'm upset that it will not arrive in time for the party I needed it for. Was supposed to ship in 5-7 business days but took more than 10 and then you still have to wait for white glove delivery to schedule when I'd be happy to pick it up myself.
