Mark Ingham putting to two windows and a door very professional very happy with the outcome

I had three windows fitted at my tenants property, he advised they came early to try to avoid the predicted rain. Jay and Gerry carried out the work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. They also sorted out the old window sills, the house was built in 1880 so nothing has straight lines and my tennant is delighted.

We are delighted with the 2 pvcu doors fitted by Jay and his colleague, the workmanship is great. The finishing touches are spot on. They were both very friendly and chatty and vacced and cleared up after themselves. Great job 👍

From start to finish the whole experience was professional, thorough and excellent value for money. I've have used Walkers windows before so didnt hesitate in asking them back for my recent job.
I had French doors fitted last Friday on a very wet and windy day. The fitter turned up on time, did the job on his own, cleaned up after himself and did an excellent job.
Thanks again Walkers Windows!

Extremely Pushy Sales Tactics

Constant phone calls from the sales team chasing the quote and trying to secure the work. It felt like they were desperate to get the sale over the line, possibly approaching the end of a monthly bonus period.

The price was suddenly reduced on the spot when they realised I was considering going elsewhere for my new doors.

We eventually came to an agreement where I would pay half upfront and the remaining balance over two years interest-free. However, they then called back saying the “boss has ripped them a new one” because they wouldn’t make any money on the deal, before trying to offer alternative arrangements which would benefit them a lot more than me.

I was genuinely considering using this company after the initial call, but the constant chasing, changing offers and unprofessional way the situation was handled completely put me off.

After what felt like 6,893,204 phone calls, they’ve lost my business. I’d suggest letting customers make their own decisions rather than repeatedly chasing them to secure a sale.

Everything was excellent from start to finish
All the staff we dealt with were very professional, knowledgeable and personable and a pleasure to have in our home. The finished result is perfect.

Very pleased with our new windows from Walkers Windows, although we were slightly disappointed that they weren’t able to replace our arched patio door with an identical style. The price was surprisingly reasonable. The windows were bespoke and made to measure and the guy who came out to quote and the surveyor were very professional and explained all aspects and styles of the windows.
The fitters, Phil and Stuart, were excellent. They arrived on time, were professional and courteous all the time. They both cracked on with the job and got it all finished in one day. They even went a bit above and beyond in repairing part of a ceiling that had come down due to water ingress. The house was left clean and tidy by the fitters. We got new windows as there seemed to be water getting in around the kitchen window and the French doors in our bedroom. As the windows were only fitted yesterday, I can’t comment on whether the new windows have fixed the problem.

Lee and Jools did a great job yesterday, in the rain, with a house that has no straight walls! Thanks guys 🙂

Mark & Steve did an absolute brilliant job of fitting our windows. Arrived early and did all of them in the day and tidied up both inside and out. We'll done lads and thank you. 😄😄

Lee was really quick, reliable and did a fantastic job with our door. We weren't in when he turned up but was happy to start without us. Wasn't a worry or a problem and now we're left with another brilliant, sturdy door. Couldn't recommend enough.😊

The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Everyone turned up when they were scheduled to, all anticipated deadlines were met and we were keptwell informed throughout all stages.
The 2 fitters were very pleasant and worked very tidily and left no mess and we couldn't be happier with the windows.
Will certainly use Walkers windows again.

Another good experience from Walkers Windows, who recently fitted new windows & door for us. Mark & Steve the fitters turned up at the appointed time and their work was neat & tidy. Would recommend and use again.

I don't know the names of the first guys who came but they did an excellent job of our new door and 1st window. There was a mix-up and scaffolding wasn't arranged so when it was up, Jay came back and fitted our 2nd window. He worked quickly and efficiently, he cleared up after himself and he was a nice, friendly person. Thank you!

Jay was very professional and worked quickly. He was pleasant and comical

Lee Griffiths came to fit my door today, turned up early, got on with the job, done and dusted in great time. No problems from Lee however did have to sort out minor problem with door with Walkers.

Lee Griffiths was punctual and did an excellent job installing our new door.
We are very pleased with the door and the excellent service. Highly recommend.

Gill and George Spence

Absolutely first-class service from start to finish. Jay installed new windows and a front door for us and we couldn't be happier. Jay turned up exactly when he said he would, and the fitting was spot. Professional and friendly installer. Would recommend to anyone without hesitation. 5 stars.

Brilliant. Many and his wife were 100 %

5 stars for the installation of my new windows and door.
John & Donna were faultless
They were polite, courteous & professional, cleaning up both inside and out.
There aren’t enough glowing superlatives to express how good they are.
I am very happy!
