Do not buy from them. Not only does it take 3 months. They'll send you something that looks nothing like what you ordered. Which is bad business and they won't do returns or exchanges.

J' ai acheté une montre, très bien mise en valeur, au prix de 125 $. Quelques jours après je tombe sur les avis laissés par beaucoup de clients floués.
Je vais sur wish et je cherche mais pas longtemps! D'un seul coup, je vois la montre, exactement la même pour 22$ !!! Et je trouve une autre ( la même encore ) au prix de 9,75 $ !!!
N'achetez JAMAIS chez eux! C' est de l'arnaque!
Lorsque je vais recevoir la montre elle sera renvoyée directe en espérant un remboursement...😡😡😡

J' ai reçu la montre. C' est vraiment n'importe quoi! Le bracelet est couvert de rayures, la montre fait un bruit de "féraille" quand on la manipule. Ce "machin" ne vaut pas plus de 15$ (et encore).
Je leur ait écrit pour un remboursement. J' attends une réponse.

Beware Buyers, Fake Store, Promise to solve My Problem and never did. I ordered Gold and get "Goldplated' which I cannot wear because of sensitive skin. Now I am stuck with Jewelry I cannot wear.Non-Existence Customer Service.

Imagine selling something for £115 that was made in a sweatshop !

I placed an order on March 5th with VVS jewelry and I had to contact them two weeks later to asked vvsjewerly what is going on with items I ordered! I contacted the carrier who had it and I never got a response so I contacted VVS jewelry again and then you UPS got it after they got it about a week later my item was delivered! I contacted VVS jewelry letting them know that I broke out from their jewelry and my skin was peeling and they stated in the email did I take pictures and I replied no but would you like me to put it back on and break out so I can get my money back and I get no response? I asked for their address so I can mail it back to them I got no response! I asked to speak with a manager and I got no response

Buyer beware!!!!! This is a scam! These people have taken money out of my acctount 4 times over the pase 9 months!!! They NEVER delivered a product and when i said i would open a dispute for the moneys they stole they threatened me!!!!!
Please watch your acct very carefully and make sure all disputes are reported with the 100 day window. They keep dray you along with promises of delivery to pass the 100 day window to recover your money.

Placed order took funds out of account still no confirmation of purchase, reached out to customer service haven’t received anything from company did I get scammed?

Do not purchase quality is terrible and customer service is worse.

It’s nearly 45 days and I ordered for an item of nearly dhs1000/- and everyday I am following up but getting stereo typed responses that my order is near to the destination. Nothing else. Please never ever buy from them.

Terrible product sent cheap items to my house scam

Please Please Please don't buy from this site. This is a complete scam. I got a mystery box $86.00 and inside was a cheap watch that's worth $10. Don't buy from there it is a SCAM

I recently ordered a custom chain that was marked as delivered but was actually stolen by the courier selected by VVS to deliver to my home.

I received a confirmation of delivery with a photograph of the package on the mailbox however the item was not there upon going to retrieve it. I viewed my surveillance and found that the delivery person from Fast Horse Express took the photograph to satisfy the conditions of delivery and took the package with him.

Luckily, it was captured on video and confirms the package was stolen by this company’s delivery partner. VVS told me to take my concerns up with Fast Horse and basically said they did their part. Do not purchase from this company.

I have multiple communications from
both companies and will make sure to share them and the video publicly to ensure no one else falls victim to their fraud and deceptive business practices.

Terrible customer service, i asked them for an exchange on a chain and Ive got no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LAZY HUMANS!

I placed an order in November last year, it is now June 1e 2023 and I still have not received my products.
They don't reply to my messages, are they even real???????????

Terrible Return Policy and equally bad customer service.
I purchased a necklace and pendant. I never even opened the package. I requested to do a return because the pendant was way bigger then what it looked. There was no measurement of the pendant so i had to go off visuals. They told me they cant except my return. They don't do remorse returns. How is this a remorse return? There return policy states "your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us immediately for any concerns after receiving the item." I thought i met this criteria. According to them no. I guess they can just turn down any return they want by saying "no remorse returns". Scummy return policy and scummy customer service. They have completely ghosted me on me emails.
Stand by for the reply from VVS saying "this statement is not true." That seems like their thing for every bad review they get.

I purchased a watch for $120aud and it didn’t keep time. The hour hand never moved.
I contacted customer service and they were responsive. I had to provide video evidence and then they said they had never experienced this before and would replace it. I followed up many times and was always told my enquiry was with their warehouse.
After 2 further months of follow up a watch arrived that was totally different to what I ordered.
I then sent evidence of this and they apologised and said they would rectify it. They then sent me fake tracking and 5 months later I still do not have what I paid for. Do not purchase from this company they are fraudulent, take your money and do not provide what you order. Buyer beware.
