Do Not buy from. They shipped one watch out of two and the first item to arrive took months. Getting my second watch never happened. Im out 400 dollars this company is a scam, and they have horrible customer service. I reached out to them daily with lie after lie being emailed back to me.

Worst experience in my life. Worked with someone named Reem and was robbed of my watch. She solid my watch for less than half market price. Unfortunately I did not know much about watches like that. Regardless, pls stay far way from this place and the diamond district. Better off selling it on your own online.

Not only is it VERY low quality for the price but they have a very tricky POP UP for a mystery box that is 100 bucks after you have started to pay for actual item . Then it is nearly impossible to have direct communication to cancel that order. I will not be a return customer .

Lara from vvs jewelry is so unprofessional she told me to call Donald Trump 🤣🤣🤣After they promised an on time delivery that did not come on time, I canceled the order then as soon as my card company reached out to them the package came the next day. Nope sent that shit back I don't want it Lara is too freaking rude and unprofessional. Whoever TF Lara is Run Run Run and delete them from your browser.

Whoever Lara is who work in customer support is VERY disrespectful and unprofessional. Had the nerve to call me a clown because I wanted a legit refund. This place is garbage don't do it! Read the reviews. They sell knock off fake merchandise and set it up so it's impossible for you to return your purchase I'm surprised they are allowed to be in business.

Do not buuly from these SCAMMERS purchased a 18k gold bracelet for $500 and received a $25 gold plated bracelet. They wont answer the phone and denied a return via email. Working with paypla and bank to get my money back.

I ordered three GMT watches from VVs Jewelry. I received three non GMT watches from China - and a bill for the customs fee. VVS insists I received the Watches’s I ordered despite them being completely different models with completely different features. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!

Beware buyers! Do not be tricked into buying products from this site. I have two orders that came in as very low quality products and one item which was wrong color sent.
They would respond to your complaint and will never get back to you! Let alone rectify the situation!

This company should have no star at all for a review. I made a mistake of ordering more Yeezy Foam Runners from this company amd they were garbage! I understand that they are not the legit version but at least they should be good quality and on point. I received two good versions but the rest of the three pairs was a different story. Two of them were absolute garbage version! The king that you can order from Amazon.ca or Temu or AliExpress and the last pair I got was a wrong color sent!

I am trying to make a return of a Jersey with cap that I bought online at vvsjewelry but there is no way to get my money back and I can make a return to an address in Germany.
When I bought the goods I didn't realise that the goods came from so far away.
I have been sent a jumper of very poor quality with a pattern printed on it that will not last two washes. I understand that the price I paid is very expensive for the quality of the product. Also a size L for an adult product which is a tiny size.
Now I am offered an address to return a parcel to China, which I don't know if it will arrive and the shipping costs to China are much more than the jumper is worth.
I would like to make a refund of what I paid for the goods and I am willing to accept the return costs to an address in Germany.

Virtually from the time I ordered a handbag from VVS Jewellery there were problems. Starting with not having the leather colour, then having another colour, then not, then it would be too expensive. Then choosing another colour, then a hold up in the process and on and on. Still don't have Anything. Don't feel I will ever get Anything. 2 months and counting, but no expectations. I did ask for a refund but very reluctant to do that and I haven't got one. Criminal set up. Total SCAM.

Do not buy from them. Not only does it take 3 months. They'll send you something that looks nothing like what you ordered. Which is bad business and they won't do returns or exchanges.

J' ai acheté une montre, très bien mise en valeur, au prix de 125 $. Quelques jours après je tombe sur les avis laissés par beaucoup de clients floués.
Je vais sur wish et je cherche mais pas longtemps! D'un seul coup, je vois la montre, exactement la même pour 22$ !!! Et je trouve une autre ( la même encore ) au prix de 9,75 $ !!!
N'achetez JAMAIS chez eux! C' est de l'arnaque!
Lorsque je vais recevoir la montre elle sera renvoyée directe en espérant un remboursement...😡😡😡

J' ai reçu la montre. C' est vraiment n'importe quoi! Le bracelet est couvert de rayures, la montre fait un bruit de "féraille" quand on la manipule. Ce "machin" ne vaut pas plus de 15$ (et encore).
Je leur ait écrit pour un remboursement. J' attends une réponse.
