First of all communication with the customer was very interactive and supportive. All the questiones raised during ordering process have been fully answered.
The wedding gown arrived on the date specified by the VP team. The dress was with the high quality and the size was just perfectly matching our requirement. The dress was exactly the same as on the picture in the web-site.

Hello everyone!! This is a message from a really happy customer. Last 30th of July (2009) I ordered a wedding dress; I was stress because even I had another dress for my wedding on 12/09/09, I thought that it wasn´t the best one and I didn´t want to spend so much money in few hours, so I took the risk to order one by internet and I found VPonsale website. On 24th of August my mother received the gown in my home town in Spain and she said me "it looks fantastic". I arrived in Spain on 3rd of September to finish all the preparatives... oh my God!!! hard job!! But one of my main worries was to try the wedding dress from VPonsale, I tried it and fitted it perfectly!!! I was shocked how they could do it so prefect!!!??? I sent my measurements..., but without the person trying it... amazing job!! Congratulations to them!!
Finally in the wedding I used both dresses (the first one for the reception and the VPonsale gown for the Ceremony and Party) It was a surprice for everyone, and everyone liked a lot the dress. Nobody could say that it wasn´t a regular expensive dress that you can find in the classical wedding stores.
Now I am in Belgium again with some time to write so happy I am for everything, I´m attaching some photos, you can see the beautiful dress (in the back with flowers that the little kids put for fun), and my happy face :)

We purchased a bridesmaid dress from VP two months ago...and we got the dress just about 2 weeks later. The dress is absolutely amazing and my bridesmaids love it so much! It's awesome how professionals at vponsale cater to your every request, and I am satisfied with their customer services. My friends loved my wedding invitations!

But the delivery is not the desired results as promised. They left the package at my front door. I think it is better to sign for it.

The gown is really worth the price. I paid online and have it shipped to my doorstep in Africa.
It takes 4/5 days to arrive as scheduled....So i rated the shop as one if the best wedding shops online.
On the wedding day, everybody was looking at my wife, 'cos she look Angelic in the gown.
Thanks to VP, I have recommended few friends and i will still do more.

We received the dress within 3 weeks of ordering. We found the quality of the workmanship to be outstanding. A wedding dress is probably the most important dress a lady can buy and my daughter is extremely happy. We are now ordering 4 bridesmaid dresses and my own.

we ordered 5 bridesmaids dresses from vponsale.com and not one fit properly - we all needed alterations. One dress even came in a slightly different color. disaster!

I received my hand drawn invitations on Friday and they are absolutely wonderful!! The caricatures of myself and my Fiance are very cute and match the picture that I sent to you! There were some minor items that needed to be changed during the proofing process but they were corrected immediately and sent back to me for approval. I'm sure our friends and family will get a real kick out of them when they receive them next month!

They just could not get my order right. I wanted my invitations to be exactly the same as the website sample. That should be simple right? NOT. The font was completely off. I requested it be fixed but the company just didn't understand or didn't care. I went though six proof and then just gave up and printed the crap they gave me.
