I am very pleased with vponsale. My invitations were exactly what I expected plus a little more...very cute and on nice paper. It was fairly easy to create the invitations on their website. Once I entered all my information and sent it off they were VERY quick to respond! I did have to make a few grammar/spelling corrections based on the proofs that were emailed to me but they were very quick to make the changes. The invitations arrived very quickly once the final proof was done. I was a little surprised when the invitations arrived that they were not protected in a box but only wrapped with a few layers of paper. The envelopes were slightly bent from shipping but it was minimal. Vponsale was very affordable!...Very quick!...and very polite. I would recommend them especially if you need to save money!

I received the bridesmaid dress in about the time frame it was promised. The dress was made fairly close to my measurements but it took several email exchanges before they believed my measurements. (Hard to believe I'm not a short, dainty Asian woman, I know.)

Vponsale does not speak English as a first language so the broken sentences and bad grammar make communicating a little difficult and doesn't give a very professional image of the company. They do business out of China, not New York like their website indicates.

My dress arrived in a repackaged envelope because somewhere between here and there, a customs office ripped the bag apart and then taped it back together and put it into a bigger envelope. My dress was wrinkled and apparently I'm missing out on a free piece of jewelry?

In the end, I can't even imagine recommending this company to anyone. If you want nice custom work, pay the extra money for a local business to do it. My dress was $98, I could have easily found something of the same or even better quality at a David's Bridal.

The service was fast, very efficient, and easy to input. Would recommend to family and friends. Thanks so much for making it a smooth process.

When I received my bridesmaid dresses, I was more than pleased. The measurements fitted all of my ladies perfectly. No need for alterations... No need to spend ridiculous amounts of money with David's Bridal. The only situation that occured was that I ordered the dresses during a Chinese Holiday, and I had to wait one month while they observed their hoilday, before they began making the dresses. But fair is fair, I can definitely respect any race culture and beliefs. Fortunately I was NOT a last minute bride, and I had about 2 months to spare. So everything worked out in my favor. The dresses are just BEAUTIFUL. I'm so glad I went with Vponsale.com!

i ordered all of my bridesmaids dresses from this company and they arrived on time and they were the right color they perfectly fit each of the girls im so happy it was half the price of davids bridal

I ordered wedding invitations and I recieved them very fast but the invitation that I recieved was the wrong one. It was the sample on the website. After calling them and emailing the manager. They fixed my invitations and shipped them back out very quickly. The customer service was great!!! And the cost was cheap. The quality on the invitations was alright but the envelopes are very nice! The free jewelry I recieved was cute and I have already worn it numerous times

I was so happy when my invitations arrived to me in Ireland, in total it only took a week and half, from ordering to recieving them. And that includes making a couple of changes after i recieved the eproofs. My invitations are fab!! And to think here in Ireland companies charge anything from €2.50 to €4.00 per invite and thats without response cards or envelopes..this company has basically saved me hundreds of euro's, and i got exactly what i wanted....Thank you vponsale, i will use your company again and i will be recommending to friends!!!

When I got my invitations I was very pleased. The invitations looked much better than how it look on line. The material on them were shimmering, the response card as well as the envelope were shimmering in a mixture of blue, pink and gold, could be more colors. I was really amazed at how the invitations looked when I got them. This company managed to surpass my expectations, and my order was processed and delivered to me in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company for those looking for quality invitations at a reasonable price.

I love how they allow you to edit pretty much any and every aspect of their invitation line. Corrections from e-proofs were taken care of promptly. Thanks!

Our wedding invitations were exactly as pictured on the site, came at a FANTASTIC price, and the customer service was great. They sent proofs of the invitations and envelopes (which was good because there were some spacing issues that needed to be altered), but when I sent back corrections they were done immediately and understood exactly what I was looking for. The next day I got new proofs, which were perfect. A little while later, the invitations came in the mail (just bare in mind when ordering them, that they are coming from another country and will get here quickly, but not as quickly as if they were coming from within the USA). The only complaint I have... their lick-able sealing envelopes don't work very well, had to end up using glue on some.

Great experience. Very happy with the end product.

My invitations were not only beautiful they were on very nice card stock paper. They arrived exactly when they were supposed to. The customer service was great. When I noticed an error on the verification of the invitations it was corrected the next day and my invitations were on their way!

I had great service but communication barriers were sometimes an issue. I asked for something to be changed and i got that like i asked. very happy with the dress looks good. They even sent me a necklace for free

Even though the website and communication with the staff was, at times, difficult. They always got back to me and ultimately, they deliver quality merchandise at an unbeatable price. I ordered the "Dryad Tree" invitations and save-the-dates. I am very satisfied with the outcome.

I looked all over for invitations and I was very impressed with the selection. The personalization was easy. I even liked the confirmation before my order (which I needed since I changed venues after I placed my order). The order came in quickly and they were beautiful. I picked "roses" and they looked so realistic. I even went back in and order "save the date cards" since they were so pretty.

Ordered three bridesmaid dresses because prices were very reasonable and delivery was "supposed" to be quick. The dresses barely made it here in time and then had to be altered. Trying to communicate with them was almost impossible. Excuse after excuse! Do not use this company!!

The ordering process was fairly painless. The Bride-to-Be thought she'd found us a deal on a dress for $98. I was skeptical to begin with ordering a bridesmaid dress online from over seas but when I was asked for numerous measurements (bust, waist, hips, personal height, shoe heel height) I thought maybe I was just being paranoid since the dress would be made from my own personal measurements. Unfortunately, no pictures of what the back of the dress would look like were made available for customer viewing so I inquired before ordering. I received an email back stating they did not have any pictures of the back but was sent 2 pictures from different dresses that supposedly had a similar back to the one I was asking about. It was a plain back. I took a leap of faith on the bride's behalf and couldn't possibly be more disappointed. The dress is now costing me an additional $150 in alterations. It's too long, has uneven seams, the bust is WAY too small, and I could fit another half of myself in the dress with me. Also, the arm holes are uncomfortably small. The supposedly "plain" back I'd received pictures of was not plain in any way. It had pleats that ran down my back and started from my shoulder blades that ended up looking like I was wearing a cape!! I will not send the dress back to have another made because I have completely lost faith in their dress making abilities. If I send my exact measurements I had taken by a professional and recieved this monstrosity I don't want to know what else could possibly go wrong if I was to send the dress back for another one. I brought the dress to a dress maker for my alterations and she told me she'd never seen such shoddy workmanship nor had she had such a complicated project in a long time. She was actually looking forward to what a challenge it would be. I could not possibly be anymore disgusted with the product I recieved. I would never suggest vponsale to anyone.

Like in the other previous reviews, I also went for the hand-drawn invitations. The whole process took 2.5 months from start to finish. I communicated with them via email and once over the phone. It was frustrating going over the same changes again and again. Like the others said, I would receive a different eproof every time. Sometimes it would be changed back to original, have random changes or not be changed at all. The language barrier did pose some confusion. This being said, I gave the company 5 stars because they were nice and professional during the entire process. I felt that I was being annoying with all of my little changes, but in the end my invitations came out just the way I wanted. They arrived within 3 business days-super fast! I can't wait to send them out this July! Make sure that you order way ahead of time!

The only complaint we had about the entire experience ordering our invitations from VPONSALE was that the preview images sent to us were originally very different than the ones we put together on their invitation builder. Despite that, they were very good about doing multiple revisions to get everything just right. Then, once it was, the invitations arrived in the mail later that week.

We had hand drawn invitations made and i must say they are brilliant. Had great communication and I asked on a number of occassions for the drawings to be tweaked. They will not go ahead to print unless you are 100% satisfied and have reviewed all proofs. They are shipped from China and only took 3 days from date of posting.
