I was recommended by a friend, however, I was very disappointed with the service and the poor communication I received from volksmaster at Hollins Road branch. I was given a quote for several repairs. On booking in for my second job I was told the price had increased by £130.00 as the quote is valid only for 2 weeks even though it states on my quote in black and white it is valid for 30 days. Upon the conversation person named Jordon apologised several times stating the quote he gave was an assumption and incorrect as he did not speak to the mechanics! I was passed on to the manager who was rude and came across very abrupt, and when I informed her I would escalate just said “fine ok.”
This is very poor and unprofessional not to mention unfair and illegal. Very disappointing and would never expect to be treated in such a way from a highly rated garage.

New what they were talking about.fast prompt service no dragging the labour charge out.even with a small niggle the next day they worked around me to sort the problem. The issue was the ad blue tank that needed replacing the price was a lot cheaper than the main agents. Also the reception were really welcoming and the mechanic explained in layman's terms.

Great customer service. Works done perfectly well. Informed of all the work carried out. explained in detail.

After suffering a blowout on my car at 430am in the morning on Sunday, I made a call and got booked into Oldham car and van center for replacement tires, great service yet again by the staff, and will continue using them for further work moving forwards

Always do a top job. Great communication keeping you informed of progress of your repair. Collection and delivery makes for convenience if you are working.

They were brilliant with keeping me updated and fitting me in ASAP! They managed to complete various repairs in a small time frame which was amazing!

I visited the Ashton Rd branch to have my air conditioning re gased. From booking in my car to collection the girls on the main desk and the technicians have been superb. A repeat customer!

This is the second time a minor accident has led to a potentially very expensive repair bill and Volksmaster smart repairs at Oldham have saved the day. They are by far the best repair shop I have used in over 40 years of motoring. The repairs are amazing and the prices are exceptionally good value.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The work carried out on my car was completed to a very high standard, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. They even cleaned the car inside and out, left an air freshener, and a bottle of water in the car, which were thoughtful touches that made a real difference.

Kat provided outstanding customer service. She was so warm and welcoming, addressed me by name throughout, and made the whole experience feel personal. She gave me a full report on the work completed and explained each step clearly, so I understood everything that had been done.
