I spoke to Ana today, she is so friendly and very helpful . She is so clever to resolved my issues and gives all options when I took a new contract . Honestly speaking you can really trust her and she does a good job to her client. She is very professional and explain everything you ask her . Surely I will recommend Vodafone. I had a problem with pay as you go…
I had a problem with pay as you go payments. The only option was to change to a contract. Abi was extremely helpful, and explained the problem with much patience. I was very thankful that it was her and not me having to sort things out on the phone.

So helpful
After buying new car, the sales people connected my phone to the WiFi & it used up all my data resulting in Vodafone changing my £5 bundle to a £10 one. Unable to correct this I went into the store & Ana sorted everything. She & everyone I spoke to were so friendly & helpful. Thank you so much.

Friendly and helpful
Having been notified on my Vodafone that my current plan was coming to an end I popped into the Worcester store with hubby Paul as he shares my account. We spoke to a very friendly and helpful young lady called Daniella. We explained that we mostly used phone for calls and not much for Internet use and she quickly found two new plans that suited our needs as well as including a £20 discount and Europe roaming data. At no point did we feel patronised or spoken down to because we aren't mega technologically users, which makes a change. We came away happy with our experience and our new plans. The next day we also received confirmation of the terms and conditions of our new plans and an advisory about cancellation which was also helpful. We would recommend visiting this store to family and friends. Thanks Daniella
