Everytime I visit the store in Worcester I cannot fault the staff and the in-store experience.

Brilliant service with a smile
After five previous failed attempts to buy a new mobile phone contract with other providers, Ana at Worcester Vodaphone finally restored my faith in humanity. Not only did she move my provider to vodaphone she made sure I got the best possible deal to suit my needs. I was seriously stressed by my previous attempts when we sat at her desk, she dealt with my needs with care and confidence, did not talk to me in ‘tech speak’ and explained everything carefully and clearly. Helpful, patient and super efficient.

I spoke to Ana today, she is so friendly and very helpful . She is so clever to resolved my issues and gives all options when I took a new contract . Honestly speaking you can really trust her and she does a good job to her client. She is very professional and explain everything you ask her . Surely I will recommend Vodafone.
