Everytime I visit the store in Worcester I cannot fault the staff and the in-store experience.

Brilliant service with a smile

Not only did she move my provider to vodaphone she made sure I got the best possible deal to suit my needs. I was seriously stressed by my previous attempts when we sat at her desk, she dealt with my needs with care and confidence, did not talk to me in ‘tech speak’ and explained everything carefully and clearly.
