Vidaphones new policy is to keep customers waiting outside the shop with the door locked, till a staff member is available! They are going to loose many customers, and whats going to happen when we have bad weather? A very stupid idea, and the few staff face verbal abuse, for keeping people waiting, and in all weathers?
