I was doubtful about purchasing after reading some reviews on here. The communication and delivery was spot on. The bike is excellent, all as described, very happy with the whole experience.

Pleasantly surprised – Vitilan U7 Step-Thru is a beast!
I was a bit nervous ordering as I hadn’t heard of Vitilan before, but the U7 Step-Thru has seriously impressed me. Build quality is solid, it looks great (I went for black), and it feels really sturdy and well-made. The performance is brilliant – fast and smooth, with a top speed averaging around 28mph. It’s also really comfortable to ride. I’m 6ft 2 and it doesn’t feel too small at all – fits me great.

Delivery was quick and well communicated, and the packaging was secure and tidy. Overall, I’d happily recommend this bike to anyone looking for a quality e-bike without the silly price tag. I’m already eyeing up the T7 as my next one!

I purchased a T7 Pro from Virilan UK website annout 6 months ago. Everything went as planned. I was kept updated as to the delivery date. The delivery, once in the UK was completed by Arrow XL.
My bike arrived very securely packaged in a huge cardboard box. I was relieved to see the box was in perfect condition and had obviously been transported very carefully. Once all the protective packaging was removed my bike was fairly straightforward to assemble.
The T7 pro certainly has plenty power. At level 5 on pedal assist you need very minimal effort to feel as if you are accelerating at full throttle. I find I don’t really use or need the hand throttle unless off road on very uneven ground where the pedals might bottom out.
Although there is plenty power, from standstill it is not quite so impressive. The power delivery is quite progressive, so it takes a while to get into its stride. For that reason trying to negotiate a steep incline from a standstill can be a problem. Once on the move and up to speed, it will climb with ease.
The combination of the excellent suspension and fat tyres makes progress over rough ground very easy and comfortable. The fat tyres do however feel rather strange when cornering even on smooth surfaces, but it’s something you just get used to.
Obviously, this e-bike is not strictly legal for use on the road in the UK, but if ridden sensibly ( best to keep it at level 3 max on the road) no one is likely to bother you.
Overall I have been very pleased with the bike. At my age, I need a bit of pedal assist. For the money it seems good value. Like so many other similar bikes it is very heavy. This is something to bear in mind. You don’t want to be trying to lift it anywhere. It’s certainly not a bike you could transport on top of your car.
Overall it does everything I wanted of it. I needed a bike I could ride on road, rough tracks and across fields. The only thing that could make a big difference would be if it had a different controller that allowed more power to be delivered from standstill.

this week i geret my bicykle and find that its problem wiht foot ? the cant standing right and falling very easi so we try faind solucion but is problem anyway with that .. another think its the speed ,,,its only to 20 km. hrs. i dont like much that,,,so, i wandering if you can help mi to change to a other model that you hav in you store .. i wanting answerd about ???

The bike was bought mid 2024 and within a few weeks the 24h error appeared, tried to get help but was told to look on YouTube and follow it.. bike under warranty at that time but still no real help. Why should I buy a new part for a bike under warranty and only a few weeks old at the time.
Bike not usable cost over £1200 and hardly used.
Have a useless expensive lump taking up space

Got thebikes on time and very well packaged packaging a bit bashed but did not damaged bikes as well packed easy to assemble and easy to fold down folding in pedals very good no pedals sticking out when putting in boot great quality very strong and loads of power goes up hills effortlessly been on 50 50 mile round trip on setting 4 with power left no negatives

We bought the bikes last year we go out on them all the time really good bike good strong quality. We went on a four hour bike ride the other day and still have charge left very comfortable very reliable and doesn’t cost a lot to charge them up.

Upon arrival the locking mechanism on the handlebars was faulty. I had to resort to using a cable tie to fasten it. Also the plastic ring which holds the seat pole in place, has slid to bottom of the seat hole. Meaning the seat can no longer stay tight. Meaning I can't ride the bike.

Shipping was quick and the the ebike is brilliant. I love it.
I live in an area where there are very, very steep hills and it eats them up no problem.
Customer service quick in response to all enquiries even after purchase.

Ordered the T7 pro, fast delivery and kept updated throughout. The bike takes a bit of getting used to as its quite heavy but its a great bike and has a good battery range so you can go on some long distance rides and its also comfortable to ride.

A bit cautious about buying an e bike , liked the look of the t7 so bit the bullet . Delivery time was quick , a few days , easy to assemble , even for a novice 🤔
The bike itself is excellent, takes a bit of getting used to , but loving it so far , would definitely recommend ,

These Chinese E Bikes come in various different forms and lots of different brand names, but in my opinion they are great value for the money here in the UK, they are amazingly priced compared to other E Bikes, and they are great looking with good design features and plenty of scope for modifications. Just set the peddle assist parameters to your needs, and check the inner tubes are not pinched before inflating to 20 psi . No more. Small bits of packing can stop the battery and control box from rattling,
I am very happy with my Vitilan E7 and wauld recommend this bike if your in the market for a fat tyre bike, ps I paid extra for a BMX style handle bar kit that let's you put different handle bars on,
This company should have a UK base dealer though, just to make things easier for Uk customers.

I have had this bike for a couple of weeks now and I have to say it’s an awesome fauldable e bike straight out the box it’s preformed faultless. I have brought upgrades to this bike also as in the rack bag which has plenty of storage space and the bmx handlebars and the really comfortable seat thanks again for the quick delivery and I will be buying from vitilan again soon.

They charge £300 if you return the bike, even when the bike is unused. This is under the guise of logistical cost. And they do everything they can to delay the refund.

This is a scam. The company is presented as British, but it isn't, it is Chinese. The bikes are defective, and I have had to replace a plug socket after the plug snapped on first charge. Chat function is ignored and email addresses don't work. Fortunately I payed by credit card so will claim off them. As usual, no UK legal support

This is a Chinese company selling defective products. It is just thinking about how to sell products and will not want to improve product defective problems! The T7PRO motor was sent to the first day. I took the video of the motor and set the photo and emailed them to explain the problem! I got a reply, please take a video and a photo! They responded like this without even reading the email attachment! The videos and photos on the second communication payment have clearly shown the shortcomings of the motor. They actually asked to use the carriage to lift a large electric bicycle to take a video (who will have such a heavy stand in their home to support this heavy electric bicycle. , and also asked to find a director to shoot a motor while riding the industry!!! In fact, after lifting it up, the shooting of the motor has clearly shown the problem! Their reply always looks for different excuses and is difficult to deal with customers ! So I gave up and communicated with them! The wheel tire with a problem was ejaculated at the same time when I used the motor with a problem. I took it down to see if it was pierced. It turned out that the steel wire inside the wheel was exposed! There was a problem with the product quality, and the wheel tire mark was marked. 30psi, posting a question in the Facebook group they set up, the post will disappear without reason, and then a bunch of internet Water Army attacks you, saying that you are too full of energy, and you should be replenished to 20psi! It's just a joke! Today, a group member posted a post saying that there is a problem with after-sales service, and there is no brake pad inventory in Australia's accessories at all, and the seller I replied and asked him to take a photo of the car. I called this group member to buy it on Amazon or AliExpress. Their after-sales service just didn't have any service. They just kept transferring the questions to make the problem even more complicated! Then they were banned by the group!

Bike delivered over 3 weeks ago and still not working!! I havve asked for a replacement and they do not respond.

DO NOT BUY, got the bike in October 2024. The valve broke on the wheel within 1 week. The kick stand fell off 1 week later. The mud guard bolts snapped after two months. The monitor doesn’t turn on once turned off unless I take the battery out. The battery lock
Is broken
And the battery falls out when going down a bump unless I tie it with cable ties. There is problem after problem. I’ve been emailing back and fourth and they tried blaming the battery latch on the bike being dirty,even though it’s protected by mud guards, they then said the bike it dirty and said the mud guard is dirty I said yes ofcourse it’s a bike. THIS COMPANY. They also send me a video how to change the lock, the video was in Chinese and carried out by an expert in normal time without speaking how to change it or taking there time. STAY CLEAR
