We ordered these bikes because a friend recommended them. We are so happy that we did. They are so much fun and easy to operate. We have also told friends of them.

I had a new i7 pro delivered and on fitting the parts and inspecting the bike is noticed a wobble from the rear gear cluster. Despite supplying customer service with video evidence showing the fault and supplying evidence that it was not correct Vitilan have said its nothing to worry about its normal.
This is not normal and if they accept it is what does that say for the build and quality of thier product.
Warranty,customer service mean nothing maybe spend your monies on another make.

My husband and I are in our mid-late 60s and wanted e-bikes that were solid and sturdy. These Vitilan bikes were a perfect fit for us! They are great and allow us to explore and bike with confidence. So much fun.

My boyfriend and I got these bikes because my in laws have them and we LOVE them!! We ride them almost everyday and we take them downtown bar hopping and back home and still have 2+ bars left on the battery! Way better than comparable E-bike brands!

I had to wait for mine because the 2.0 version was just released. I have had mine since last year and what a blast! The I7 Pro has worked as described and very quick to get up to speed! It is a solid machine and been 100% thus far.

BIKE IS VERY WELL BUILD COULOUR IS EXALANT BRAKES ARE VERY GOOD COMFY TO RIDE YOU FEEL SAFE WHEN RIDING ALL ROUND WOUL RECOMEND

Affectionately dubbed, Sarge...I Love my i7 pro. Quite easily one of my favorite all time purchases. The town I live in is fairly small and this bike covers all ground.

I love the vitilian ebike,it is durable and perfect for me and it came pre assembled which makes it easier for to set up.

The bike was delivered in just a few days the box had a hole in it from the shipper but the bike had no damage.

Enjoying the freedom this bike gives.

Ordered this bike online at the recommendation of a close friend, and it arrived promptly. My friend assembled it and we have thoroughly enjoyed biking together. It fits me perfectly, and every detail of the bike has been well thought out, and easy to navigate. I will enjoy using this bike for years to come!

I am extremely disappointed with Vitilan’s customer service. I arranged a return and the items were collected over a week ago, yet they still refuse to process my refund. Their excuse is that the items haven’t reached their warehouse, but that should not be my problem—especially since I no longer have the products in my possession.

It is completely unacceptable for a company to delay refunds in this way. I fulfilled my end of the return process, but Vitilan continues to hold my money without providing a clear timeline or resolution. This behavior is unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for their customers.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company. A reputable business should handle returns and refunds fairly and promptly, not leave customers out of pocket and chasing after what is rightfully theirs.

Like anyone, I was a bit nervous about spending this much money for an ebike, but once I got it assembled and got on it for the first time, I was super excited. This thing is a beast! I love it's speed and different modes of assist. Very bright headlight and get this, I put about 40 miles of brutal riding on it and the battery was still on full charge. I am absolutely amazed at how great this bike performs.

THEY ARE TERRIBLE WITH SUPPORT. NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM BUT EMAIL?? No phone support, so emailing back and forth VERY annoying!! Then they tell you to take it to a bike place to get service?? WTH? Would NEVER recommend or buy again!

Great bike , very quick & better than i thought once it arrived, battery good & lasted a long time, been a month and still very happy no issues so far.

Love, love, love my Vitilan i7Pro! It's fast, it looks fab (colour green and gold); I've had several comments on how smart it looks when riding it. Customer support were great, very quick to respond when I had some questions about setting it up. The build quality seems excellent, and overall very comfortable to ride. Highly recommend.

Love this bike, the Vitilan U3. Once assembled, had a few queries, contacted Vitilan by email and they responded and resolved the issue!!! Really pleased with the service.
