Double check the other ingredients
I guess I should’ve investigated a bit more on the ingredients, but not liking the glucose syrup and added sugar in the kids Omega 3 & Multivitamin. My almost 3 year old finds them too sweet and doesn’t want to take them. After about 3 weeks of trying he starts taking bites, but doesn’t want to eat an entire gummy. Don’t think will order them again. But that’s just a very personal experience, since my son doesn’t eat/like sweets/sugary foods.

Thank you very much for your feedback:) We have deliberately formulated our VITAKIDS products with "real" sugar (partly from fruit ingredients themselves) and NOT artificial sweetener, which is why we use a blend of organic tapioca syrup, glucose, sugar, or organic raw cane sugar, depending on the product. We actually get a lot of positive feedback on the tasting-profile of our VITAKIDS products - normally children love the gummies:) However, we know that not all children are alike - which also goes for their taste preferences :) We wish you all the best. xx VITAVIVA

Good but room for improvement

Why not 5*? It’s not possible to pay with Paypal, Payconiq or via a QR (Bankcontact) code. This would make the purchase process a lot easier.
Plus, the e-book that was included in the package was only delivered after sending an e-mail to customer service.

The three stars is not for the quality
The three stars is not for the quality. I think and I hope these Glucoxtra has helped me during many years, probably in about more than 10 years. As I am now 77 and was very active competitor in bycycling, I had problems with my knees that more or less disappeared after using Glucoxtra. I never used so many as 5 per day, only 2 anbd now only one. The missing two stars is because your transport system with UPS which cost me 31 EUR. This is crazy price, especially now when Norwegian valuta is negativ towards EUR also. In this case I have to pay full NOK 1159! That is too much, so I have to find other solution.

We apologize for the UPS freight amount - this rate was caused by a mistake in the system, which we have changed immediately. The correct rate is 18 EUR to Norway door delivery. We have also refunded you the difference of 13 EUR to the credit card used to complete the purchase. You should have received a separate email about this refund today from STRIPE, who handles our payment solution.
