Kid's probiotic gummy gel
It happened once one of the product we received was opened.But the service was quite good at handling complaints and acted immediately. They have good quality products, which I’ve used for the past 8 years and I am not planning to change.

Expensive shipping
I love Vitaviva products but I am so dissapointed with the price of the shipping. I am located in EU, like Vitaviva, but the cost of shipping for me is like I live in Africa. That’s why I only order my favourite vitamins when there is a discount so I annul my shipping costs with the discount.
Edit: After your response I have to just add that I don’t live in Slovenia. I am located in Croatia and the shipping cost is almost 40€. That’s why I order at my friends address in Slovenia (cheaper shipping) and than she sends me the package to Croatia. Thank you for the response! Iva

However of course dissapointed on your behalf regarding the costs on shipping. I found your orders and will investigate the possibility of lowering the shipment costs for Slovenia. TOTALLY ANNOYING, DISTURBING AND IRRITATING!!! NEVER AGAIN!
DISAPPOINTING, REGRETTABLE, UNSATISFACTORY for me!!! I made an order, pay through mobilepay, it was rejected 4 times so i just stopped(did not receive any order confirmation). Made an order the next day and it went SMOOTHLY with the payment (still use mobilepay) and got an order confirmation right away, however, there was still a problem as i was given 100% discount on 1 product. I received two package, as this company said I made an order twice, which is correct, it's just that the FIRST ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH!!!! I ask for a returnlabel so i can return the product and get my money back, but they refuse, that i should shoulder the shipping of the product. TOTALLY ANNOYING, DISTURBING AND IRRITATING!!! NEVER AGAIN!
