I do love Vionic shoes but what is the point if they NEVER have your size The size 5 and 6 NEVER available. So I have been tracking their site for months. No slipper available in my size. I have officially given up. It's a shame they clearly have a huge fan base. People love the shoes and slipper but they won't supply common sizes.

Customer Service Not Great
I placed an order on 31st May and tried to contact them a number of times before my holiday to check on delivery and have had no response from emails or voicemails left. I received a notification my order was with the courier but it hasn't been delivered and when I contact the courier they ask me to speak to the supplier.
Things happen but the customer service response is awful in my opinion

Very happy with Vionics
I have ordered several times from Vionicshoes and found them very efficient. Their footwear is well made and very comfortable. Orders arrive within a few days. I had one pair of trainers that didn’t arrive so sent a message through. I was instantly refunded shipping costs while further enquires were made. It turned out the delivery company had lost the order so I was given a full refund. I am very happy with this company and would highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, your parcel appears to have gone missing within the Evri network after dispatch. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait two weeks without receiving your order or any meaningful update regarding the delay.
Upon receiving your request, we cancelled the order as requested and arranged the appropriate refund. However, we fully appreciate that this does not make up for the lack of communication and the inconvenience caused.

Absolutely beautiful shoes made of good…
Absolutely beautiful shoes made of good quality leather with just the right heel height. I ordered the Hazel Pointed Toe Heel but sadly had to return them as they were just a little bit narrow - if they were made just a little bit wider I would have ordered more of these shoes in various colours as they are very flattering.

Vionic white leather lace up Trainers…….
I purchased Vionic Trainers via QVC, very pleased, decided to order another pair directly with Vionic.
I chose a white leather pair. The Vionic design philosophy with inbuilt arch support appealed to me, I have high insteps. The white leather lace up trainers arrived. Unfortunately I noted a fault in manufacturing, only slight but with the overall effect of tipping my left foot inwards, eg as fallen arches. I was helped by a female member of the Customer Care staff. Very helpful, as I had just missed the Returns window not being well. She arranged fir my Return, and a full Refund offered, including the cost of the Return. I was disappointed the Trainers had a fault, but it has not put me off Vionic. I did experience a puzzle, the name “Calares” was used instead of Vionic on the documentation. I checked to make sure they were the same company business.

Warning: Quality Declining
Warning: the quality of the slippers is declining. I exclusively buy this brand, and have done for years. Normally a pair lasts me 4 months of full-time, indoor use. This last pair lasted ONE MONTH, before utterly trashed. Nothing has changed on my side. If anything slightly LESS use due to mobility issues and a change of location/lifestyle. Weight same. So investing with the expectation of not needing another pair for the usual 4 months and getting 1/4 of that is disappointing, to say the least.

Missing shoe!
After an initial problem with my order (only one shoe delivered) the situation was promptly dealt with. A new pair were delivered the following day with excellent correspondence and communications. I love vionics shoes as they support my arthritic feet beautifully without appearing old fashioned and clumpy! Keep doing what you are doing. Great shoes with excellent customer service!
