Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Couldn’t through on the phone. Have to leave a message. Hours before they get back to you.
Ten days and I still do not have a refund.

I am very pleased with the shoes that I ordered. They were dispatched and delivered immediately. The only issue that I had was having to buy 3 different sizes/widths before I found the perfect pair as there were no local shops selling a good choice to try on. Having said that I found customer service very responsive and helpful, and I was refunded promptly for the 2 pairs that I had to return. Overall a very positive experience. Thank you Vionic

The most comfortable shoes

The most comfortable shoes, and the only ones to have helped my feet, knees, hips and back.
Take the time to get used to them gradually if you haven’t worn Vionic shoes before, the support they give is very effective.
Also worth noting is the super customer service; very helpful and quick to deal with a small issue I had.

I am very grateful to Kimberley Collman…

I am very grateful to Kimberley Collman for the patience and assistance she has afforded me in order to return a pair of slippers that sadly turned out to be unsuitable for me. As I am disabled and housebound I am not able to deal with returns unless they are picked up from my address. Kimberley went above and beyond to enable my request. She did a great job!!!

The shoes I bought did not fit me but…

The shoes I bought did not fit me but that wasn't Vionic's fault. I was advised by podiatrist to get a bigger size. When I asked Vionic to return them they were extremely helpful and efficient. The return process was very easy.

Disappointed

My order was cancelled due to a stock discrepancy. The email was followed with a request for a Trustpilot review. Here it is, disappointed. How can an order go through if you don't have stock? I had a discount code perhaps someone was paying full price.

Happy with the outcome

I had an issue with a pair of Trainers but I must say the Company were very fast & very mannerly & rectified my problem almost immediately .
Everything was done in a very professional & a very polite manner.

Great advice

Due to a problem with my gait following a brain injury I needed information about the construction of the shoes. I received a very helpful response that contained useful information and advice. I have now ordered my first pair of Vionic shoes. Thank you Kimberley.

Quality service

I bought a lovely pair of loafers which unfortunately started making a creaking noise rendering them unwearable.I have numerous pairs of vionic shoes and have never had a problem with them,i love them.I emailed vionic who responded very promptly, offering advice to try to remedy the problem. When this didn't work I was offered a refund straight away. Great service from Kimberley at vionic. I look forward to ordering my next pair.

The staff are excellent

The staff are excellent. They sorted out a problem I had straight away.
Very efficient service.
Very confident in dealing with this company after sales service is really good and they sort out any problems or queries very promptly.

Worth the price

Vionics are more expensive than my usual footwear - but totally worth it. They were recommended by my podiatrist and I now have quite a few pairs! Great quality and good for my feet and the one time I had a problem they replaced them. Totally recommend.

Soles fall apart and create a tripping safety issue.

Shoes looked OK at first. Terrible quality in the soles. I cant honestly say they are the worst shoes I have bought due to them falling apart so quickly. The soles just peel off then you end up tripping over them if your not even aware. They are a health and safety issue whilst being poor quality. I have tried four types of glue to try and repair them and they cannot be repaired. I 100% say I would avoid these ever again after my first experience with them. Please bare in mind I had only used them a dozen times as I have a wide variety of shoes. They fell apart very quickly and within a few months. This won't be a one off defect as many others are experiencing the same issue if you read through the reviews. Thanks for the reply. Also, you mentioned the customer service team contacted me. I have had no contact and nothing is in spam emails. Maybe this is a generic reply to the review and understand if this is the case.

After reviewing the information provided, we believe the glue separation seen after four years of use is consistent with normal wear and tear rather than a manufacturing fault. As the trainers have also been repaired using adhesive, this limits our ability to assess their original condition through our warranty process.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service, I had a small issue with my order so I contacted their support team email and got a quick response remediating my situation as fast as possible. The product quality is really good and the brand will take any quality complaints very seriously.

Great shoes, great customer service

I received my shoes as ordered, but there was a problem with one of them. I contacted Vionic and received an immediate response. The matter was quickly and helpfully resolved. I can't praise Vionic's customer service enough, particularly Kimberley. I love my shoes. They are a perfect blend of fashion and physical support, ideal for any situation.

Return hiccup

I ordered 3 pairs of trainers and decided 2 pairs needed to be returned. Unfortunately I put the wrong pair in the return bag. I phoned Kimberley who was very understanding and helpfully sorted out the returns and reordered the pair I actually wanted. Very pleased 😊

I’ve bought several pairs of Vionic…Excellent service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

I’ve bought several pairs of Vionic shoes and have always been pleased with both the quality and comfort. My most recent pair had a minor issue, but customer support handled it quickly and without any fuss.

Order cancelled without any direct notification

Ordered through PayPal got "expecting order " from Evri then nothing. No direct contact to let me know order had been cancelled and it was only on clicking through PayPal payment on to details I discovered this. In this day and age customers canand should be easily contacted,automatically, if a problem arises surely.
Appreciated the speedy response and if this has highlighted a problem that can be sorted for the future that is fair enough. Changed my rating from 1 to 3.
