Twice I have used Vincents Solicitors for conveyance means, and they have been excellent. Deborah, Sarah and Mia have been completely professional throughout the process, making it easy and stress free. I hear of many potential home owners finding it frustrating dealing with solicitors getting conveyance through effectively, you won’t find any difficulties with these professionals supporting you. Effective organisation with exemplary staff providing excellent service in this field.

I would like to say thank you very much to Samantha/Kieran and the rest of the team (Poulton/Blackpool) for all their help. I've contacted Samantha on 8th August to say that I am buying a house and I would like to have their services. The bank sent the mortgage offer on 31st August and I got my keys to my new home on 16th September 2022! It was a quick, easy and professional transaction all throughout the process. All the people I know were shocked and surprised on how they dealt with the conveyancing. They will all use Vincent's next time they require one. Even the estate agents said they will start recommending them to all their clients going forward. I work in a construction/engineering industry and my colleagues were also amazed with what they've achieved.

We have just completed on our first ever house sale (literally on Friday!) and we cannot thank Shaun (Chorley Branch) enough. He has been so fantastic throughout the whole thing, replied to us same day and always answered our calls. It took over 8 months to complete my searches and exchange contracts with the seller when buying my flat.
I have had asked to wait for 2 months though so overall 6 months.
One of the encounters with them was very unprofessional when they called to inform me that there will be some additional fees as one of the titles needed more clarity so the woman that called me simply suggested to give up and buy other property instead and that was well into 6 month of waiting from them to complete and do the searches...
After the completion they had to return some money back for what they wanted to charge me £50, I must say again very unprofessional as they were very pricy to begin with. I wouldn't recommend their services.

Nicole and Natalie came to my rescue when another firm left me in the lurch 6 weeks before completion. Nothing was too much trouble; they communicated both timely and effectively and explained clearly what need to be done. I will definitely use Vincent’s in the future.

I have recently sold a property and used Jemma Lloyd and Sally Smith at Vincents Penwortham Office got to say the service was exceptional.
The process was quick and efficient and both Jemma and Sally took the stress out of the whole transaction.
They were professional and quick to contact me if they had queries to raise, I must say quite a few came up throughout the process which meant sally had to contact LCC and various other organisations, she did this on my behalf and got problems solved quickly and efficiently.
Always easy to contact both by direct phone number or email.

Really disappointed with this Chorley Office. I attempted several times to speak to Dan and was virtually promised he would get back to me, however this never occured.
Dan was initially dealing with my query, but made no attempt to contact me back as stated.
I will now look to take my service elsewhere. Really disappointed after a wasted few weeks of my time 😒

Worst ever disgraceful deceitful discriminating Lytham disgusting Preston as bad added insult to injury on complaining used every unlawful trick to get out of and evade justice over a very serious claim but ended up with a complaint about sltrs managers are the lowest of the low plse beware go elseware

Traffic accident all took 10 months. Did stall with payments even after fallow up told me payment will be transferred within 5 days. Called 2 times was assured payment will be by end of the week but never came. Lied 2 times. Asked for proof got recipe dated same day.

We recently sold a house and bought another with Vincents acting as our conveyors. For both transactions, the solicitors working on our behalf were efficient, professional and friendly. Phone calls and emails were answered and returned promptly with clear guidance, instructions and explanations given when appropriate or requested. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Thank you to everyone at Vincents who was involved particularly Lisa, Jemma and Jade.

Shaun Anderton was exceptional in taking over my conveyancing case, understanding my needs, assessing what was required, providing reliable advice and seeing my sale through to completion. Readily available on the phone and kept me updated.

Absolutely abysmal. We had an offer on our property in October 2020 and sale was not completed u ntil 28 June 2021. Lost documents for one and half weeks. Forgot to transfer fees for LPE1 to property maintenance company. Our buyer lost their buyer twice and we were kept in the dark. The chain then extended from 3 to 6 with the bottom of the chain using help to buy scheme and was also represented by Vincents. However, we were also kept in the dark about this. Had we known the chain was 6 and the bottom using help to buy we would have pulled out. Recieved one email from the conveyancing manager, June Caunce, responsible for our sale and purchase during all these months and the files were passed to subordinates. I must admit that Warren Hirst and Tom Kelsall were under a great deal of pressure and both responded magnificently. We had to chase Vincents all the time to get things done and there was no liaison between solicitors. Even after completion we had an email to say they had made an error on the accounts and we owed them a further £214. I would certainly advise anyone to look elsewhere and avoid Vincents at all cost.

I want to say how grateful I am to Lekhika Chaudhary. A practicing solicitor at Vincent Solicitors for the way she handled my enquiry. I was so impressed that I felt I had to leave a review. She has given me good professional advice and I will certainly use this firm for all my legal stuff. I recommend her highly.

Wow.. Used these guys for a probate sale... I've used plenty of others before but JADE and the team at Penwortham were absolutely brilliant to deal with... Kept up to date regularly and negotiated the legal requirements etc with total professionalism..just had to leave a review... . Won't go anywhere else now.. Thanks Jade
