I think it was around two years ago I bought my sash and case windows from Ventrolla. Recently as I was using the simplex system to clean the windows inside and out one of the style securing screws broke. I went on Amazon to find a new one but could not find anything that matched. So I emailed Ventrolla to buy direct if I could? I got an instant reply and two free of charge replacements arrived two days later, now that’s service! Ventrolla were recommended to us by friends and we found them to be both professional and expert in refurbing our sash windows. Paul Buttle demonstrated proper craftsmanship and gave the impression that he could tackle any issue to get a window working smoothly again. Rob,James and Tyler were a great team in every way. They were punctual, polite, considerate, went out of their way to be helpful. Most importantly their workmanship was excellent. I felt they really took pride in their work and went the extra mile to do the best job they could. I couldn’t really have asked for better.

We needed to get two sash windows fixed and decided to use Ventrolla to also get its draught-proofing system. More than happy with the result - we're now tempted to have them install the system on all of our other windows too!

Engineer Justin was excellent, explained the work, any choices for us to make, was on time, corteuous and made sure the property was cleaned thoroughly afterwards.

We were very impressed with the service from Ventrolla. They maintained communication throughout and were very flexible with timing as we were having other building work done and requested a delayed delivery. We had had several other quotes at extortionately high prices but Ventrolla were very reasonable but gave good service and high quality windows.

the 2 men who came (i cant remember their names) were very efficient and did a good job repairing and replacing the windows and worked in a very tidy way.
They didnt even take up my numerous offers of a drink!

The window installation was made by Scott and Andy. They made an excellent job of the work. Polite, quiet, efficient, tidy. Excellent troubleshooting skills.

A big thanks to Derek Oswald for his sterling work on our 4 windows and front door. He worked hard for 3 days, alone, and we are really pleased with the results. Great job.

Damian & Ollie turned up at the promised day and time. They worked solidly for four days to repair, re-cord, draftproof and overhaul our 100-year old windows, 7 of them. All this was in the windiest, wettest weather, but they were not deterred. Ventrolla are not cheap and I'm not keen on their 100% upfront payment requirement, as a new customer with their worth unproven, but it is an investment I reckon will be worthwhile. Recommended.

Rob, James, and Tyler were absolutely professional and kind throughout the entire window fitting process. Had had someone come round to give me a quote. When the technical guy came round the quote was doubled as the previous man no longer worked for the company. Waited weeks for an installation date. Did the work and had a gap between the sill and house. Came back after a couple of days to fix. Apologies new worker. Should have checked before leaving. Have new bits but not sure primed properly as wood looks bare outside.

Andy Miles and George arrived at our home to fit a new window. From strat to finish they were professional and polite. They kept us updated on the job throughout the day. The window is fantastic. they went above an beyond hoovering our top landing as well as the room they were working in and they also cleared the moss of the flat roof when they cleared the wood shavings from the window installation. From the initial visit from Ventrolla to price the job they have helped me get my planning permission for the window and kept me updated throughout the production process

Ventrolla has recently installed replacement windows in our Regency period house. The old windows were original to the house & although in good condition for their age were difficult to carry out maintenance, cold & didn’t block out traffic noise. We had looked at various options before finding Ventrolla but they all meant we would loose the original shutters.
From survey to installation Ventrolla has provided a quality service and after agreeing the contract we were kept up to date at all stages.
The team who installed the windows, Scott and Andy, were very skilled as old houses never seem to have straight lines. They were respectful to both us and our house, always leaving everything tidy and making sure we could use rooms on an evening.
I am pleased we eventually found Ventrolla as we could not have compromised on what is best for our home.

Rob and James refurbished our front door. They both introduced themselves on arrival and talked us through the process of what they were going to do. Very clean as they worked and apologised about the noise. Showed us all the work carried out and completed a great job. Thank you.

it was an experience! I cannot fault Jake and Ollie at all, they were absolutely brilliant. But the whole process took WAYYYY longer than promised or expected from the initial confirmation of works. I know this is due to their heavy workload, which says something about them as a company being so busy (which is really good and encouraging in this day and age) but I really wish I'd know when I paid my deposit in July that works wouldn't get started until late January! As I said, Jake and Ollie were amazing and despite it being so cold and wet (Wales you know!) they did their best to make sure I was as comfortable as could be. Worked cleanly, very polite and engaging and all round an absolute pleasure! Windows are lovely too!

The lads from Ventrolla are at my home this week installing my new windows. I’m so pleased with the work they are doing. It’s so cold and wet outside but nothing stops them. All very polite and considerate and leave my home so tidy I don’t even have to tidy up when they leave. The workmanship is excellent and nothing is too much trouble for the lads.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Scott and Andy were a pleasure to have in the house and were so tidy we hardly knew the had been! Would definitely recommend Ventrolla if you need window repairs!

Excellent service. Replaced a badly fitting door, and installed reproduction double glazed windows. Looks fantastic and the room is much warmer. Would highly recommend.
