I have confidently used United Support Animals' services for eight years now.Working with Gabby and Ben made this process seamless and efficient. My interaction with the licensed therapist was extremely positive, hope-filled, and healing. Every individual with whom I had the pleasure of interacting, treated me with dignity and respect, totally understanding how critical it is to have our fur babies in our lives. My sweet cats, Jem and Scout, are extremely grateful as well. These people truly make a difference in the lives of others, and that is a precious and priceless gift. There is still good left in this crazy world in which we live, and the United Support Animal Staff are living proof that hope does exist.

I've been using United Support Animals since 2021. I'm so thankful for them. There's no way I would've been able to keep my dog when I moved. She's my entire life. We've been together for her whole 8 years. United Support Animals came through for me. The process was quick & easy. Even the phone call was quick & easy. I'm super thankful! I couldn't imagine giving up my Zhara!

Great amazing customer service

This time the same I've gotten nothing like an ESA letter emailed to me. Once again I NEED the ESA sent bye MAIL, paper, POSTAL SERViCE, told psychologist .

The process was very smooth and the turn around time was excellent! Highly recommend

The service was great, and the medical consultant was very detailed in her questions, had follow-up questions and made sure my service dog was able to do his perform tasks

They charge you $100 for letter and Pet Policy denied it due to no history with Dr. The letter doesn’t look legit per patient. You can tell they use same letter for each person and just changing the persons info. So if you are needing for living and apt uses Pet Policy as verification, don’t waste your money.

Poor communication and did not receive product

I was very pleased with my welcome kit and ESA letter and certificate. It got here really fast.
