Not Overwhelmed
Very good service in store and during measurement at our home. Not pleased with carpet layers. They marked up our freshly painted walls, feels like underlay is not good quality or is missing and there are lumps under carpet that are just not right. Also, put in a door plate that it much too high.

Great service from start to finish
The whole experience was more than satisfactory from ordering to fitting. The salesman was knowledgeable and didn’t try to talk us into a more expensive carpet. The guy who came out to measure was very polite and informative. The fitters were like the chuckle brothers very amusing but they were also very professional. The job was completed in good time and the carpet looks great. Highly recommend United Carpets.
