We picked the roll end carpet we liked, helped by your lovely staff. It was delivered for us the day after by 2 helpful and polite delivery men. We fitted the carpet ourselves and it looks really nice so we are more than pleased with the service we received throughout.

Above and beyond to get it right.
We had a carpet fitted by United Carpets at Parkgate in Rotherham last Summer, but unfortunately it didn't sit flat on our stairs. I initially spoke with Julie in store, who was brilliant - she really listened and took proactive steps to resolve the issue. A fitter came out to assess and attempt to fix, but when that didn't work, it was agreed that the carpet needed to be replaced.
The first replacement was fitted in January, but unfortunately the problem persisted. Rachel in store then took over handling our complaint and was very professional, responsive and commited to helping us. We were put in touch with Jason who invited us to chose a different carpet altogether which was then fitted in February.
The issue turned out not to be due to any fault of workmanship or service but simply that the original carpet wasn't suitable for our stairs. We were really impressed with the company's commitment to making things right, and we're absolutlety thrilled with our new carpet.
