Low cost and superior quality
The shopkeeper greeted me with a smile and provided a comprehensive explanation of the purchase and carpet installation dates. The price was also very reasonable, and I was able to secure a 50% discount. The carpet installer was highly experienced and knowledgeable, and he installed the carpet in my home without any issues. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend it to others.

As usual, top north service from united.
They’ve previously carpeted my stairs and landing, 2 bedrooms and my lounge.
This time was vinyl to my conservatory, kitchen and downstairs loo. All done in one piece (like magic!). Super service in store and from the fitter, absolutely no complaints as usual :)

Excellent Service
We visited the Chesterfield store in September. Sorry I cannot remember the sales guys name. We received: a friendly service, good advice, very good quality carpet/underlay, and an excellent fitting service all arranged around our availability. So far we are very happy with our: 2 bedroom, walk in wardrobe, landing and stair carpets. Hopefully we will feel the same in 10 years.

Carpet fitters arrived on time, two guys, very polite and friendly, and did the job to an excellent standard. Would use United Carpets again, as their fitters represented them very well indeed.
