Feel so secure knowing this lock is on our door. The video of a possible removal of the lock was impressive. I’ve registered the keys and if anyone tries to have a replacement key cut, I’ll receive an email to validate that’s it’s me.

A good lock with key registration.
A very secure lock with the key registration meaning that I know only I can authorise extra keys. Good communication throughout from the company and a good guarantee on the lock.

Never get this key or lock
Never get this key or lock. If there’s a drop in temperature it does not unlock. My wife and children were locked out while I was on a night shift and had no way of entering our own house. I was unable to get back home to assist so my wife had to go to her parents house at 1am! This is a regular occurrence and I have had to jump back fence to enter through back door which thankfully is not an Ution lock! I would never recommend this company. Custom tee service has advised there is no issue with the lock even though we have multiple events which are contrary.
