I recieved a fine from Mcdonalds for being over for 15 mins. Took the letter to Mcdonalds who said it would be cancelled, months later these vultures make me pay £300 or get a CCJ. Horrible parasites
Worse than rats or seagulls
Worse than rats or seagulls. This company are disgusting and should cease to exist. It’s a money making scam. I was charged unreasonable amount for ‘parking over the bay’. The signs had tiny text. I parked in the only available space at Aldi which was an awkward angled, irregular shaped space which was a very difficult space to park in. The trangular area which i supposedly overlapped was not even a space and caused no obstruction to people or cars. I appealed and they were unreasonable.
I have since observed how these people operate. They are ruthless thieves with very poor conscience. Over christmas they were targeting every car. There was no warning. It was awful.
Awful company that don't care
We parked in a free car park. In a child bay with our 4 month old baby. We were forced to park half a tyre over the marked bay line as the car next to us had already parked partly in our bay (which you could see on UKPC's evidence pictures!!!!) we had to park like this in order to get the baby car seat out. But shock, they didn't give a sh&t. Judging by other reviews, they will cause you to get a CCJ, which simply isn't worth it for for me. Forced to pay them. HATE IT

Extremely unprofessional. Companies like this are the absolute scum of the earth.

No parking ticket given at the time and notice through post ten days after issue, almost too late for the "early payment discount." Claims outdated Disabled badge. The badge is valid until 2028. Persecution of Disabled for gain by profiteering parasites.
An absolutely horrid experience
An absolutely horrid experience. This company makes it so easy to pay a parking charge fine but makes it so difficult to appeal the charge. This is such a bas and unfair method that the local councils need to rise up against and make a point to not let such companies take advantage of vulnerable people and local citizens. The local council has it's part to play here too.
Even their lettering and correspondence is so sneaky and difficult to read. The website to appeal and experience to appeal against charges which, in my case anyway, is totally wrong and false is so difficult to use. And why is it on a different website altogether? Why is the writing so small? Why is the website hidden in a long paragraph. The content design needs to be reviewed and made easy to read.
Even the waiting time of a response from this company is such a long time that someone could potentially forget and end up being charged a much larger amount.
This company is just in here to make money off vulnerable people and the local councils are helping them in achieve this. Absolutely disgusting set of morals.
UKCP Parking in Pangbourne.
Parking in Pangbourne.
By entering the carpark you are agreeing to a legally enforceable contract. Reading the signs and going to their website and Google search I've been unable to find the contract I'm agreeing to. As such would that even be enforcable?
I know some carparks have a "get a ticket in 5 minutes" time limit. By the time you're parked, tried to decern from the poor signage if blue badge holders have to pay, found some money to pay and struggled back to the machine I think more than 5 minutes have elapsed.
I think "fit for purpose" isn't a phrase that would ever fit!

If I could rate 0 stars that's what you would get. After receiving a letter of final notice I tried to ring as I never received the 1st original letter and you can't speak to an actual human I then emailed and received nothing back so emailed again few weeks ago and just had an email to say they can't accept my appeal as it's past the date (they took weeks to reply) but I wasn't trying to appeal it I was just stating I will pay the original fine not the final reminder amount. They will not be getting a payment from me I will seek legal advice on this. Hate rip off scamming parking company's.
received a letter from this company…
received a letter from this company stating" Final debt recovery notice" . However this is the first I am aware of this fine . I didn't receive a notice on the car and they did not previously send me any letters. Now I am calling the number and I cannot get through to speak to a person. So what am I to do because it only really giving me option to pay. I need to speak to someone first for clarity
FINAL DEMAND letters even though an…
FINAL DEMAND letters even though an appeal had been successful is a ridiculous situation.
This money grabbing business gives a poor reflection on the companies it is representing. NEXT PLC, SNAP FITNESS etc.
The final demand letters are written to extort money by scaring their recipients, very poor.
Exactly what you would expect from this…
Exactly what you would expect from this type of company. Is not signed up to the independent ombudsman scheme and refuses legitimate appeals in the hope you will just pay. No way to contact them directly, obviously.
Scum of the earth
Been harassed by this company now threatening debt recovery for something I didn’t even do. Anonymous SPINELESS COWARDS with no way to speak to a human being. Ignored all correspondence I’ve sent and cracked on harassing me with demands for payment.
Bear in mind whilst you have 7 days to pay your fine, their complaints team have gracefully given themselves a few months to reply to you.
I have zero respect for this company and how they treat people, they can sincerely rot in hell.

This company are biblically shocking
This company are biblically shocking, I received a parking fine for parking at B&M in Halifax even though I have a valid ticket, I appealed the fine but haven't heard anything but still received a final notice.
If they send anymore correspondence I will be taking them to the small claims department for causing unnecessary stress. Companies like this need calling out, its nothing but a scam and the fact they haven't got a phone number speaks volumes!

just got 170 charge for dropping son off at hospital as he couldnt walk i went to drop off area i didnt get out of car then i drove round back to car park the picture they sent me my lights are on you can see ive just pulled up its a con id sooner go jail then pay that
Daylight Robbery
Probably my worst experience of buying a £3.75 cup of coffee from my local GREGGS.
Arrived on site 6 minutes before car park "officially open" at 6am, even though this branch of GREGGS is open at 6am. I have now had two parking charges levied against me and although I have provided documented proof that I was a customer of GREGG, UKPC have taken me to court, despite various attempts including letters (which have been ignored). Contact by phone is impossible, so the court summons has followed. Over £600 in court fine and costs for two cups of GREGGS coffee @ £3.75 a pop. Beware of this company and their activities if you happen to park on their patch. You will never win.
Parking fine Myrtle Parade
Parking fine Myrtle Parade, Liverpool L77AA
February 2025 10 pm
The area has a small late night Tesco, KFC and other cafes.
It’s a residential and student area on the edge of the main city.
We parked in the dark to get a quick snack .
We couldn’t see any parking signs as it is such a dark place and didn’t expect to see any anyway as it’s a small quick shopping area.
I feel N P C are well aware it’s not obvious at night that you must pay and they exploit the situation, fining car owners very frequently .They should be fair and make signs very obvious in the dark.

They don’t have a number to call them on and Pratice cowboy ticketing. Gave me a ticket for parking in a space that is slightly obstructed I n one side so I was unable to park completely in the box as was unable yuu take the baby car seat out. The side I park over into was not a space for a car to park so there was absolutely no reason to give a ticket as this did not stop anyone else from parking . Just taking money from innocent people
