Such a good company , I got a bed from the a year ago , moving house and needed the instructions to dismantle and assemble the bed properly, message and was given them no problem and so quick at resolving , no issue is too small for them would highly recommend

Having ordered a bed a few years ago I can say it was fab purchase! Bed = very sturdy, well built fabric frame well constructed and has stood the test of time and three moves! Company = extremely helpful, aftercare service too!

STILL NO RESOLUTION!!…
Beyond disappointing service from order to NON delivery.
I live in Scotland- first delivery : wrong headboard, no tv and no second bed. Very disappointed.
Next delivery promised today - bed , headboard & tv I installation.
Today - took a day off work, no contact, no delivery. Do not buy from this company
UPDATE - it is now 20th July and Despite assurances from the TV bed company, I have still not received the correct headboard for my bed. Original order was made on 20/5/26. They blame their fufillment centre and delivery team. I did not order from either of these companies and the delivery team have been excellent. In fact they are the only people to contact me to inform that headboard is not yet available.
TV beds have a policy of “ no compensation “. I didn’t ask for this, I correctly asked for the cost of the headboard to be refunded but they refused and offered a “goodwill measure “ of an increased warranty!!
I’m glad people have had good experiences but please be aware if you have an issue with this company, you will experience the worst possible customer service. The owner has only contacted me once when I left initial review, no calls or emails since then unless I have sent enquiry first.

Unfortunately, your deliveries were affected by a loading error at our warehouse, which resulted in the incorrect items being dispatched. We appreciate how disappointing this was, particularly given your location in Scotland and the inconvenience caused.
We sincerely apologise for the lack of communication from our delivery company and for the fact that you took time off work unnecessarily.
This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we are currently working with you directly to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We value every customer and regret that we have fallen short on this occasion.

Absolutely love our new bed. Only issue we had was that the headboard wing arrived damaged which was disappointing (we think this was during transport on the delivery side) after reading the reviews I was concerned that we’d be waiting a while for a new part however they communicated with us promptly and we had a new piece arrive in 1 working day. Would recommend.

had five beds in total from these guys...in moving lost all the bolts, they helped me out...lost remote, they helped me. Great company, great eds and everyone who stays wants one! will definately come back when i get new room built for another one!

I had a great experience with my new bed. There were no issues upon arrival, and the delivery was prompt. The assembly team was quick and did a great job installing the bed to my satisfaction. My son loves his new bed, and I would definitely recommend TV beds to others.

Brilliant quality and fantastic customer service
Can not fault the company. Bought bed just over a year ago and a button needs replacing. Minute I messaged they replied with a call talked me through how to check certain things. Called back discussed what it was and no problem to big. Rob couldn't of been more helpful. The bed is amazing quality definitely recommend would purchase again from them. Very pleased customer. We love our new TV ottoman bed!
We love our TV ottoman bed from TV Bed. We got it for a great price and pre ordered it. We were kept up to date with expected delivery times and was called to arrange the delivery date. We checked the bed that evening and it looked great. My husband found it easy to put together by himself and it looks perfect in our new room, we are over the moon with it! We love the colour, the quality and the style of the bed. We ordered our own TV to put into the bed, and the instructions are clear on how to set this up! The space under the bed is great and we find it handy having two handles on the side of the bed to lift it to access the underbed storage.
We were surprised to receive a courtesy call a few months after our purchase to check to see how we are getting on with the bed. Overall, we had great customer service and will definitely purchase from them in the future!

Great company - regular communication and updates. Delivery day was well communicated, with link to follow drivers progress. Delivery guys arrived - friendly and professional - built the bed, great quality and looks lovely! LED lights were missing the plug - this was documented and rectified quickly!! Excellent service by TV beds
Excellent service by TV beds. Originally ordered a bed but with the war got stook in the middle east. I rang up and changed to a different bed with no issues. I paid for delivery and installation and was well worth the money. The quality of the beds are to notch and will be buying one again in time.
