I haven’t received my order nor has anyone contacted me about my order after phone calls and emails. They have taken £86.49 of my money on 26th May and still no products at all. Order number 72872- I would like a full refund or at least a phone call please with details of a delivery date.

Excellent product
Excellent product. I have been struggling with a chronic cough and Duodenitis for 8 weeks. The medication that was prescribed by the medical team had no effect. Got pessimistic about getting better. The product has improved me gut health by 50% and I have only been taking it for 1.5 days. The advice is that it will clear in 12 days. Amazing results.

Prompt delivery BUT the Lachesis not packed well or in Helios box
Prompt delivery but the Lachesis, a Helios product, was not in the box as shown, it was loose, the top had come off and some pillules were loose, so tainted/spoilt, makes me suspect it is not new, so please enclose safely in the box and make sure the lid cannot come off. Better prices than most Ebay and Amazon sellers, and they usually have all the flavours in stock I want. Conveniently, their website allows just to repeat the previous order, so you don't have to put everything into the shopping cart again.

I will never use again
I ordered an item, which was on sale and paid £59. Two days later received an email it was out of stock, then another one, they were trying to find the item. Two weeks passed and when I asked about the new delivery date, I was told 14 April. They didn't communicate, it was always me chasing them. On 14 April they admitted they didn't have the item and when I asked for a refund they cancelled the order with the promise to refund the money. On 19 April, a month after I ordered and paid, I don't have my order neither the money is refunded to me.
