Edit - the company did get in contact me, gave me a full refund and sent me a free gift. So they are a legitimate company who just had a bad period. It’s not great- but they genuinely went above and beyond to make it right.

I think this company might be a scam? I ordered something. Got an email 3 weeks ago that it is not in stock. I’ve been emailing and messaging since (both responding to there email and through there online contact form) and I’ve got no response. They have my money and apparently won’t give it back or even talk to me regardless that they can’t fulfil the order or let me know when it will be in stock. Or even talk to me at all!

I ordered some items couple of weeks ago , they dispatched my items next day and i received them in UAE after 4 days. Now I ordered again but it’s been 5 days no items have been dispatched yet. I paid £230 for my order and thought would get my order in 4 days as per my previous experience but now it’s a weekend and nothing dispatched , so if they are kind enough to send me on Monday I will receive on Thursday. I was not supposed to miss my dose but due to their bad service I will miss it for many days. Very bad experience .

We ordered an item for delivery abroad and the website states that there is no tax/import charge under 140euro - however turmeric and honey not only charged us delivery costs, this also meant the item could not actually be delivered. In order to receive it we had to send multiple emails and phone call to the delivery company and import office and fill in forms and drive to pick it up from the delivery centre. Also had to pay a second charge in the country to actually receive the item. The entire delivery cost more than the product which was needed for our child's health - nearly £70 for delivery. Absurd. They have told us it was delivered (it was not and we have the paperwork to show this) and since our latest enquiry (after countless emails) they have just stopped replying now that it has become clear they are in fact liable for the charge and illegally charged us. Useless service, useless responses, rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend them as I believe they are acting in contravention of trading standards. The whole experience has been really bad, and has taken over 6 weeks with no resolution.

Great experience cannot fault it, received my order today, fast delivery beautifully packaged. Overall a very Happy customer, will be ordering my homeopathic needs here in future. Poor service. They sell out of stock products and then fail to inform the customer, whilst they leave you waiting days for the order. Also no automatic refund despite item being out of stock.

I placed an order on 23.08.2023. They said part of my order was out of stock after I had paid for it, so the order was cancelled. On 30.08.2023 they emailed me stating that I would be be refunded. That was 8 days ago. After two emails and several unanswered phone calls later there is still no refund. A very unprofessional and untrustworthy company. I will never place an order from them again.

Please note the company cannot deliver to an address different to the sender. I quote their recent email:
“If you want to send a parcel as a gift you should order it for your address in the UK and then make arrangements with DHL on sending it privately as a gift.
This is a service we do not offer”

I'm only giving one star because the goods eventually got to the recipient. The company deserves no stars!
I ordered for items to be delivered to my daughter for my granddaughter, whilst they were on holiday in the EU. I was charged £30 for delivery and was notified the item was dispatched. However, it was not delivered. Many emails and a week after the expected delivery, my daughter had to pay a £30 charge in order to collect it. The actual order was less than £70. Once the company had taken the money, they didn't seem to care less whether the item arrived.
The initial response on Trustpilot gives the impression they might actually want to help, but they have all the details already and are still not being helpful. Such a stressful experience!
Looking at the second reply from T and H, they are still not listening. They were supposed to deliver for a £30 charge. A week after the due delivery date, my daughter had to collect because she had no more time to wait for the delivery. She then had to pay andn extra £30 Euros. This is not acceptable but T and H don't care. Check the other reviews on customer service!
In response to latest reply- the recipient had to collect from the terminal and pay the fee because she was desperate! There should not have been any customs charge as the value of the goods was lower than €140. I have sent the proof to Turmeric and Honey and they have not responded! It seems 50% of customers are as disappointed as I am.

Great experience with the handful of orders I've made. Delivered within 2 days. Got brands that are hard to find or mainly US based which is why I use them. Thanks!

Terrible customer service and communication, would not recommend.
I placed an order at the beginning of June. 2 days after taking payment for my order they sent me an email to say one of the products was out of stock. I decided to wait for them to send it (thinking it would be a couple of weeks) even though they had already taken my money and not indicated anywhere on the website that the product was out of of stock.
1 month later I heard nothing from them so emailed them. They responded to say they’d check with the warehouse and get back to me asap. Heard nothing from them. Another month later I emailed to cancel the order as I’d still not heard anything and I was going on holiday that morning. They responded by saying it had been sent that day and gave me a tracking number. They didn’t send any dispatch notifications until I asked for it. Upon entering the tracking number it had already been delivered to my house the same day (where no one is because we are on holiday for two weeks). Supplements sitting outside in all weather for two weeks so not fit for use. They told me to return the item when I get home and for me to pay for the return postage! They also repeatedly ignored my requests to speak to them on the telephone.
Laughably, their response is 'your personal circumstance is not something we can control'. So, I am supposed to be mindful when I'm ordering from them as to where I am to be going in 2 months time when they decide to deliver my order in August that I placed in June?!

Update to their response:
I can confirm I did not receive an 'awaiting dispatch notification' as they state. The first I heard about the product being sent was their reply to my email requesting to refund the order as I'd still not heard anything from them. Only then did they send an email with a tracking number, which was too late to do anything about diverting the parcel. Please don't trust this company, they don't take responsibility for anything.

Received an order which was of very poor quality and unusable. Despite being promised a full refund I am still waiting some 2 months later having sent numerous emails to get an update with only one response from original follow up

Originally the wrong item was sent but the company dealt with it promptly and easily and the correct item was sent out

Really bad experience with this website. I had no communication what so ever after the order. I even started worrying it was a scam website. I had to contact them to find out that the parcel was being returned back to them, because they were claiming they tried to deliver it (?) and I was not in! They then claimed that they would resend it, only to hear nothing once more. Again, I contacted them myself, only to learn that they could not resend it after all (?), even though they were the ones that suggested that.
I will not be ordering from them again. I will update this about how the refund goes.

Edit to respond to their answer: They did not send me an email with photo evidence (I checked my spam folder as well. Given Evri's past I am quite doubtful of whether they even attempted a delivery. I received other parcels during that period from other companies just fine, so...). Also, what I can see from the company's response is that they did not take into consideration that I was never contacted by Evri on when they would be delivering the parcel. Not once. I never had that with delivery companies. Even ones that are not that great. I had to contact Turmeric and Honey myself. I gave this exact feedback to Turmeric and Honey themselves, just so they take it into account for future clients, as they were adamant they will continue to use Evri in the future (is it that cheap? I don't get it). I was hoping they can work with Evri to improve their service (one can hope, can they not?), but given their answer here I can see Turmeric and Honey that is not happening any time soon. So, I would personally not order from them again.

Avoid!!! They pretend to have stock available on website, they take your money and then email saying stock unavailable. This has happened multiple times. Trying to get a refund as we speak.

Update: thanks for the refund. I’ll bump up to a 3 stars. My products have arrived in past. Will use again but will check beforehand before buying. Auto stock adjustment system should be put in place. Thank you

I was a little worried after reading reviews on Trustpilot after laying my order, need not have bothered all arrived safely four days after laying order.

Great advice about health ranging from natural remedies, supplements and homeopathy. All with no side effects. Much better than going to a doctor.

Most products are always available at a great price! Delivery is always quick. The company goes the extra mile. They are wonderful and helpful with expertise communication. Extremely trustworthy company. Thank you!

I was surprised at the poor level of service offered by Turmeric and Honey. Although we have ordered from them before, my experience this time around means that my household won't be using them again. My order was delayed without reason (though part of the order was sent separately) with no updates and poor communication. I asked to cancel my order and receive a refund for remaining items. They cancelled my order but did not issue a refund, and now I have to chase them up for this, on top of the numerous messages I've already sent. It is not worth the headache and won't be going through this again with this particular company. Order at your own risk.

I ordered two products (heel lymphomyosot and heel chelidonium) but was only sent one with no explanation. I have ordered from T&H a lot and love the product range but this was disappointing especially as I tried calling and emailing for me information.
