Our experience with Tuff shed has been a real mixed bag. Derrick Carson was my sales person and I cannot say enough good things about him! He was helpful with the build, which I did online (very cool!) in late Sept. He answered questions and made excellent recommendations based on my usage and area. Roof vent was a great decision :) A+ buying experience at that point. Tracy scheduled us quickly, early October, and BAM - the shed was built in a day! This seemed almost too good to be true...and it was. A closer look showed exposed, sharp nail ends ALL OVER the place. Entire columns that missed their stud, over + over again, on every wall. Dangerous to move around in, forget hanging things. Tracy said send pics. I did. Then a tree company dropped a branch on shed roof causing some tile damage. (Not Tuff shed's issue, but since they needed to come back, I asked if they'd fix this, too, same trip. Told to send pics. Did.) Months passed. My phone calls, emails seemed to evaporate. No responses, no action. Derrick called, maybe in Feb?, and it turns out Tracy left and then no one even knew about my issues! Derrick was really bothered and alerted Austin (a manager) who said he'd help. Okay! James came out in the spring to fix things. Said it was a good crew that did my build (hmmmm.) but didn't know about the roof/needed a special tool for the nails - said he'd be back. More months passed. My calls were met w/pressure to involve insurance for the roof, but -surface damage on a shed? Nobody's rates need to jump for that! Now it's August, I'm fed up and call Derrick. (Note: my SALES GUY is THE person who cared enough to make follow up actually happen!!) Austin said he thought insurance had handled it. (Not from anything I'd ever said!) James came back out this August, informed of the tasks, had everything he'd need and did an eagle-eyed job finding each of the hundreds of sharp nail ends to remove. He worked with Victor to fix up the roof and it looks great. Kudos to the two of them for very good work! To sum up: GOOD = Derrick Carson is an EXCELLENT sales person and overall human being! Tuff shed is lucky to have him, and I HIGHLY recommend working with him. He will stay involved until the customer is happy. Tuff shed's actual product is quality and should last for years. I am happy with it, but would only buy it again through Derrick. Bad = The communication within their company is unfortunately weak, hurting their product and putting their skilled, competent workers in a bind. This whole process took over 10 months! And, Ugly = Good grief - Tuff shed installation crews should use stud finders!!

David Montes built my Tuff Shed and did a marvelous job with his team. He was timely, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to install the shed in record time without cutting any corners. I cannot say enough on the splendid job they did and they even cleaned up after they were done, keeping it very professional.

Is there a zero. This company is all about bait and switch. Do not believe a word out of the sales department - Christian is a lier. He will say one thing and the contractors will say another. The management is practically unreachable. Buyer beware

My husband and I bought a shed at Tuff Shed in Ft. PIerce. George had helped us through the entire procedure. Showing us sheds in the rain. He is very nice and easy to work with. We haven't received the shed as of yet, but I will keep all posted. So far so good. We are actually using the shed to keep our dogs cool in the summer. We breed bullmastiffs and this is going to be their special place.

Nikita, Nick, Gabriel and Jeff were all professional, helpful, and very patient with last minute requests especially after some health issues came up. We are very happy with our installed shed and look forward to many years with such a quality product.

Got my Tuff Shed installed today. 3-1/2 weeks from order to install. Pretty good I think. Installers came and finished the job in about 2.5 hours. They were very professional, and quick. I would certainly hire them again. Montgomery, Alabama

I signed a contract for a custom shed on May 25, 2022, and I STILL HAVE NO SHED INSTALLED after 3 months when I was told it would take only 6 weeks.
I STILL have no shed and Tuff Shed charged my credit card on Sunday when Tuff Shed is CLOSED and I can not contact Tuff Shed, for 90% of the payment.
I HAVE NO SHED ON MY PROPERTY!

They were not authorized to charge my credit card.

I NEVER authorized Tuff Shed to keep my credit card information.

I have recently bought two sheds. I have to honestly say the whole process went perfectly. The sheds are perfect, the installers were very professional and courteous. I am actually planning on buying a third one. Anne Marie was a gem to deal with. Will definitely do business with them again! A+++

I decided that I needed a storage unit because my garage was overstuffed with my daughter's belongings when she downsized. I shopped around and ended up talking to Jason Tolis at the Oracle Tucson store. He was super helpful and I told him that I would be out of town. He did not pester me and when I went back he remembered our interaction and was super helpful in getting me what I needed, I believe that I would have continued shopping and probably went with a big box store if Jason wasn't so helpful. I am looking forward for the staff to contact me so that I can move along with my project. I will recommend Tuff Shed and Jason to my friends and family.

Paid over $6k for a shed through HD. They charged me for 6 anchors but installed 4. Was told they would arrive between 8-12 showed up at 4:30. Never painted the trim as per design, left about 30 each 3” nails exposed in two corners to rip our hands on, we told the VP in Tampa that the door drip strip was not installed twice he did nothing, while I was out of town the warranty manager shows up on my property without notice and tried to get into our locked shed. The installer leaned numerous 4x8 sheets of wood against our new sunroom glass wall and I could go on.

On August 2, 2022, the contractors showed up at 9:30 am to install my Tuff Shed that I purchased from the Home Depot. There were two young men. I believe one was named Josh. They were timely, professional, great hard workers, wonderful attitudes, and they enjoyed the work. They were true Rock Stars! My shed is absolutely gorgeous! A big salute to The Home Depot, Tuff Shed, and a big salute to my Rock Starr contractors! (They deserve a bonus)!

My new shed was installed today. The installers were very quick and knew what they were doing. I couldn't be happier they did a wonderful job. Thank you, Austin and your helper, for going above and beyond!!!!! I am very pleased on how things turned out an all that you have did.

Tuff Shed delivered and installed our shed today. The Antonio install crew did a great job.

We purchased a Tuff Shed thru MARK LANSKY, Sales Rep, in June 2022 at Kingman AZ Store. Top of the line service. Wayne was very professional and made planning/purchase easy. Great Job.

Tuff Shed through Traverse City Michigan. After paying $7500 for a 12x16 shed the day of installation started out well. Unfortunately, the installers informed me that parts of the pre fab shed were missing and they couldn't complete the shingles on the roof. I was told they would be back 2 days later to finish. Two days later when they weren't there, I called them and was told they were sorry but another shed they had been planning on installing in my area was delayed in arrival so they were going to be unable to complete mine. They then said they would be out the next day after installing a shed in my area to finish shingling. The next day at 5pm they again contacted me to say it was too late to finish mine that day. After repeatedly talking to my salesman, Mark, the Tuff Shed district manager Brad and the warehouse scheduler Paul, I was finally guaranteed that they were sending their "best tech" out to complete my shed but not for another week. After that week the tech showed up and said "I'm sorry sir, but they didn't tell me the roof wasn't shingled. They just said that I had to put up some soffits and a couple trim pieces. I've never shingled in my life." So here I sit, out $7500 with an unshingled shed sitting out in the open. Obviously, I will have to stay on them but anybody else, please be forewarned!"

Tuff Shed Orlando. This company is a joke, Ordered building with 16" on center roof truss. they built 24" centers. nothing square. The crew the sent out was drinking and playing load music. near again would I use
TUFF SHED!!!!!

My wife and I came to the Rohnert Park Office on a Saturday morning and met Jayson Blakley. Jayson was very nice and accommodating. He was actually having his lunch when we showed up but he jumped right away to help us. He made the process so easy and fun for us. Listened to every little detail we wanted. A day after, we wanted to make some adjustments on our request and again he made it easy for us. Yesterday was the scheduled installation. Our shed was built yesterday as promised. The crew did a wonderful job. It came out the way we wanted it. A big thumbs up to Jayson & his team!

my shed was built exactly how I wanted and turned out even better , I purchased it through tuff shed in Grand Prairie Tx, real easy to do with the help of Robert the manager and within 2 weeks they had me on the schedule for my building to be built. Two very skilled workers brought it out and had this job completed in less than a day I cant say enough about the two men of how they paid attention to every detail and totally professional and hope everyone has this same quality service that was given to me. thank you Jeff

Tuff Shed has taken $7,000 of my money for a deposit on a build and will not return any calls or emails. They have completely ghosted me and I am now trying to cancel my order and will most likely need to do a chargeback since they have absolutely zero interest in following through on their end of the deal. All I have been asking for is a simple status since I am now over a month past the time I was told it would be delivered when I ordered but all I get is crickets from them. Absolutely the worst company to deal with. Stay far away from Tuff Shed!

From the day Carolyn and I walked into the TUFF SHED showroom we found the Company to be unusual in its outstanding customer care. We originally wanted to replace our old 30+ years 10' x 10' aluminum shed. Although we really want to get a larger sized shed, it was our understanding that the city would not permit anything larger that a 10' x 10'. Fortunately, the sales person was knowledgeable and knew that larger sheds could be permitted. With his experience and knowledge he helped us design the perfect shed, and handled all of the permit applications and the installation. Additionally, he kept us well informed through the entire process.

TUFF SHED is an unusual company. In this day and age it is one seldom finds a company that is dedicated to its customers.

Outstanding Company, outstanding service, and outstanding product.
