Today we had our new Tuff Shed built in our yard. Ethan and his crew were on time, very respectful and built our shed within 3 hours. They left our yard very clean after the build. He communicated throughout the build to make sure our desires were met. Our shed looks great.

As always, Toby called early to let me know when he would arrive. When he arrived, he was friendly and ready to work. He took his time assessing and demonstrated his knowledge by explaining the issue of my concern before appying a perfect fix.

I definitely recommend this company!! The perfect and professional seller Danny Munzar broke the last doubts in me about how to make a decision. His professional explanation was perfect, but at the same time comprehensible for the client.

This company was Great. Had a scheduling problem and they went above board to help me. Quality is fantastic along with their crew. I will not hesitate from using them again. Thank you crew and management.

A few months ago I had decided to get a Tuff Shed to place my business things in so that I would keep my garage clear. However, I was doing business at the Royal Oak location. That location ended up closing so I had to do business at the Livonia location. Everything started off great I even placed my deposit down to lease the shed. Within a week later I received a call from the sales representative stating that the manufacturer stated to him that they would not be able to deliver the shed because of the bushes and shrubberies in my back yard. I stated to him that was a lie and I had no bushes or shrubberies in my backyard. Then he came with. Then he stated that the finance company is worried about me defaulting on the lease and if I did how would they get the shed back. How can I default on a loan that I have not started paying on yet. Livonia has been known for being racist toward African Americans so I don't know why this company would be any different. Never again and I am so glad I did not do business with them at all. Horrible company.

they are a third-party person who don't care. unless they can make more money off customers. all of their items here PCB FL say NOT available YET they have one here they won't sell to me.

First the bad: Don't pay until everything is done. Hold your contract hostage until you get your terms not the terms they wish to dictate. Now the good: I have two great sheds in my backyard. One for storage and a large one which is my work stop. Work crews were professional and diligent even leaving extra paint in case I needed it. I give them an A. I have to give the salespeople a C+ as they were fast in collecting money but slow in answering concerns. The sheds themselves are a solid B+. Not quite as good as custom but for pre-fab with pre-fab materials - of good quality

When I realized my personal information was being shared with unauthorized parties, I cancelled the contract. They lost a 35,000 dollar contract because they cannot behave like anything but, gossipy, catty, HS girls.

After reading the comments, it appears I dodged a bullet. Yikes. I saw some warning signs, but this would have been bad.

What started as a 5 star review was reduced 1 star for the overall communication during the build process performed by the Orlando area office and the overall workmanship of the exterior prep and paint of my 24x24 garage. My expectation was set the building would take 2 days to construct. After 2 full days the sides, windows and roof had been installed but none of the siding. No one showed up on day 3 and by midday I called to find out when they would be back and to ask about the garage door install. They came back the following day (friday) and installed the siding, no follow up on the garage door install. I received a text from the installer they would be back on Monday or Tuesday of the following week to paint. On Monday I called to find out about the garage door install as I was still waiting for a response and relayed what the installer told me about the paint. The scheduler said she did know about that and she would send someone on Thursday paint and the garage doors would be installed the following week on Thursday. No one showed up on Thursday to paint and by late morning I called again to find out an update. The scheduler would not commit to when she would be able to send someone out. I called and complained to customer service and someone was sent the next day to do the painting (friday) . Roll forward a week...On what was supposed to be the garage install door day, by mid afternoon no one showed up and I again called to find out what was going on, had to leave a message. By this time my building had been exposed to all the weather for over 2 weeks and I am beachside. After contacting the sales person I received a call back and an excuse the vendor had just received the doors. Ok but why aren't you TS on top of this and letting me know? Workmanship regarding the overall prep and painting. The outside doorway was not caulked or painted and there are several places I will need to caulk which were not during the process. There are gaps where the siding and trim meet and all the screw indentations are visible on all of the trim. And then lastly the failed permit which I notified TS about including a picture of remarks posted on site had to call TS to find out if they received my message since no one responded to my email. Overall I would give this process a 2.5 star rating and I would not purchase another garage from them. It was a overpromise under deliver solution which I paid allot of money.

Horrible! We spent almost a year now trying to build a 30x30 detached garage in our backyard. We paid Tuff Shed almost $45,000 dollars!
We have dings scratches, etc it looks horrible!
They charged us for city permitting and we still haven't passed. They failed to include electrical review in permits (duh, 30x30 garage will need electricity). Also failed truss bracing and weather proof material.
-Left us a 5 gallon bucket of paint for "us to finish".
-Such a horrible company and even worse customer service!

After speaking with Ken Rambo, I purchased my shed. He was very helpful in the process. Today, David Montes and his crew came out and installed my shed. I am extremely pleased with the work and clean up. I will definitely recommend to others.

After a lot of research my husband & I decided to go with Tuff Shed for our new storage building.
The people we dealt with at Tuff Shed were very professional & helpful. They guided us through the whole process. Martinez Fernan & Fillippee came out on November 9th to construct our building. Despite having a blowout on their trailer, they were able to maneuver their trailer up our steep driveway. My husband & I constructed our own foundation, which helped the process flow smoother. Both men were completely professional & paid attention to detail. When completed they cleaned up & asked if we were pleased & if we had any questions. We would definitely recommend both of these men to anyone. It even rained the day after & No Leaks. We are very pleased with our building.

I started my process in July 2023 spoke with the salesman a few times about what I wanted out of the shed. I told him I wanted to put a storage loft in the shed and I was told that customers do install them and it will work I also told him I’m 6 feet tall and the 7 foot walls should be ok for the support beams for the loft and he agreed. My she was built 10/27/23 and when I returned home from work that night I noticed the roof was very low. The next morning I went out and started checking and measuring things and found out that the top of the walls are only 6 feet 8 inches and if I did install a loft I would hit my head on the support boards and with the roof at the pitch it is I would only have 11 inches of space before getting to the board going across the rafters. I feel as if the salesman should have told me I would want to go with a steeper roof for what I wanted and I should have also been told that the walls are not a true 7 feet. I’m a mechanic not a contractor or carpenter. There was a work bench included which has nails poking out of the front of it, nails that missed the 2x4’s for the walls, nails that missed the rafters for the plywood on the roof, one rafter has 2 or 3 nails that completely missed the top board of the wall, the rafters at each end of the shed are not full 2x4’s and there are gaps which I feel like should be tighter together for better support. The double door is 5 feet 11 inches not the full 6 feet they said (not that big of a deal). The drip edge was also poorly installed. I feel I was just pushed through the process to get the sale done instead or taking into consideration what the customer wanted. I spoke to a manager today 11/1/23 and he was rude and ended up hanging up on me at the end of the conversation. I DO NOT recommend turf sheds to anyone if I could give a negative star review I would. Do not use this company they just want to get the sale done and make their money they could careless about the customer. I also told them I do not want this shed I want it off of my property and was told that’s not possible even though I found on Google from the tuff shed website I have 5 days after completion to change my mind and today is day 5. I wish I could post pictures of this atrocity that was built on my property.

I first saw the Tuff shed at HomeDepot with a 15% off the shed as is, but that shed would not fit between the houses. I called Ken Rambo and he provided me with exactly what I was looking for. David Montes and his partner came to my home, communicated their arrival, confirmed where the shed would go and answered all questions and concerns we had. When done the only thing remaining in the space was the shed, no trash, nothing to cleanup. The most professional team I have had come to my house for any job. Very much appreciated and I highly recommend the sheds too, they are excellent.

had problems from start, missed first scheduling day and went downhill from there. after numerous failed inspections, had to get my tools out to pass roofing. the inspector got on the roof and put 22 nails in himself, got a new installer. asked when it was finished what would make me happy, only owed $593 so said just waive the balance. manager takes $300 off and gives me a bill of less than 2%, he was too cheap for words. (his poor wife) ordered and paid half back in Mar/2023, and finished in October. smh

Installer came today, 9/15/2023. Install professionalism does not even rate a Star. Roof is incomplete, the peg board was damaged upon delivery and the installer installed it anyway, Floor is made of some weak, inferior type of composite that the installer damaged three times... then he attempted to cover it up with paint. UNACCEPTABLE BUILDING PRACTICES. Uneven cuts in siding, loose nails and untrimmed building wrap. There are a zillion protruding nails from the roofing nails. Installer spent a large portion of the day on the roof. Daylight can be seen through the walls. Trim is crooked and does no fit flush and siding. Sloppy paint job. PS: On 9/22/2023 it rained and soaked the inside of the shed.

I really don’t know where to start. My tough journey shed started back in December 2022. I went through three sales reps before my shed site was ready and I could have them finally delivered. They came and installed it on site, and I thought it look good until I took a closer look. The Quality is is OK, but the construction is subpar. All of the hurricane straps were placed to low in a position where I would not be able to put drywall on my walls. I called them back to have it repaired, they fixed a few of them, and the rest of them are the same, keep in mind I ordered a premier tile ranch with a residential door in windows to convert this into an office. I also noticed that a few of the A-frame’s were tilted, and the end caps weren’t framed well and you can see exposed nails. I sent my last detailed email to them eight days ago and I have not gotten any responses. Don’t expect a great customer support experience if you decide to buy one of the sheds. Cost me $10,000

We built a new 23 x 18 she shed for my wife, I met Tom Lichon (630-370-3798) at the Lake County Fairgrounds in the spring and just loved his energy and attention to detail, Tom did everything from the start to the end. He clearly communicated and scheduled the work to be done on our shed.

The workmanship on both our cement foundation and the building structure was very good and I would highly recommend my installation crew. Everyone inside of Tuff Shed and the contractors performing the installation where best in class.
