I really hate to be scammed and this so called company has royally done this to me!! 0h they had a great ad on Facebook and lots of good reviews, at least while on their site. Ordered my bamboo topper for my bed in early July. Had not received in over a week and checked my charge card and sure enough it was debited for $107.98 on July. 9, 2026. Contacted company by email (only source I had) and did get a reply "topper should arrive soon". Well it did arrive and I followed instruction to prepare to put on my bed. NEVER was it 4" thick and never got that way! I put on my bed hoping it would take a while but still about as thick as a very thin blanket! Had weekly contacted this company, get responses but no solutions. Kept saying how sorry I was having this problem & they have escalated my order time & time again!!! Last I was told a return prepaid shipping label would be sent to me and I would be credited on my charge card. No service whatsoever, just lip service. I am on a fixed income and can not afford to be scammed for a product I truly needed. Isn't there anything that can be done - it has been almost 3 months!! I want a 100% refund to my credit card. I am definitely not 100% satisfied! If a prepaid return label is sent, I will be glad to return this product. What else can I, can we, as consumers do to verify a company is legit? Anything I can do now to get satisfaction? Awful company - DO NOT ORDER FROM TRUE SLEEP! Everything about this so called company is a lie.

I ordered the topper in June 2026. I yet to receive the product or my money back. I was in contact with them on a 2 week schedule trying to get a ship date and always got the same run around from Julia the bot. It is now 9/18/26 and no shipping date or refund. Please folks save your money and purchase from a reliable company.

Piece of crap. Barely 1 inch thick. Hoping I can send it back and get a refund.

100% scam. Topper is nothing like the site description. They promise to issue a return label, but weeks go by with no return authorization. I had to call Visa and file a complaint. Do not trust this scammer.

The topper was 1 1/2" thick, not 4" as advertised. An email from some fictitious person acknowledged the"mistake"and the said they forwarded it to the returns department. Nothing happened. After a month of backh and forth emails ( they do not have a phone number), I called my credit card company and they resolved it in 1 day. The company refunded my money.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!

As others have stated their product is not what they advertise. Topper is less than 1" instead of 4". Julie must be the only person who works there. I too am waiting for return label. She only gives excuses why it hasn't been sent. I already contacted my credit card company and they did a charge back (credit to my account) They give an address to send back to in New Mexico. It will cost me $33 to ship it back but I paid over $100. It might be worth it. Pass it along!!

Don’t even try to get your refund. All they do is stall. Customer service is a joke. Julie gives excuses and after 5 emails to her, she says they don’t have a phone but will be sending me a return label. That was over 2 months ago.

A mattress was supposed to be 4 in thick. It was not. It's less than 1 inch thick it seems like it's a mattress cover rather than a topper. I did all the setup instructions and it didn't pop up. I notified the company and I got a quick response from the customer service person Julie however she forwarded to the credit and return department which has not responded for 3 weeks now. I've been going back and following up each week of the three and she says that she's sending a priority message to that department but they still have not responded. Since this mattress is less than an inch high it doesn't do anything at all for my back and I do want to return it. It's false advertising and fraudulent advertising and on top of the non-responsiveness from the credit department I would highly recommend that you don't buy this topper. I will be calling my credit card company and filing a dispute with them which I warned them that I would do, with still no response.

TrueSleep Bamboo Mattress Topper is barely 2 inches thick and it's a POS ... somebody better respond to me before they find themselves with a nice lawsuit

1. Their website promotes a cooling all-bamboo topper. The reality? 100% polyester. 2. The website says the topper is 4" thick. The reality? Less than an inch. 3. The website says it's OEKO-Tex certified. The reality? Zero certification. 4. I politely emailed them (repeatedly) to initiate a return. The reality? No return label, no follow-up. Only delay and avoidance tactics. Overall impression? Total scam.

Very poor website make you go onto second step to get your discount then they sell you two there are no freebies and you cannot talk to a representative. You will never get your money back even though they say they’re working on it do not order from them.

tried to cancel order as i found out about negative comments on product. now, i will pursue with credit card company on getting my money back.

I order and was very disappointed in what I got. It was like a thin mattress cover. I have been trying to return since I got it July 17 but cannot get the info to return from customer service. I have emailed them about 5 times but all they tell me is they are working on it. Which is Bullshit. Do not order from these people because you won’t be able to return if you are not happy. Their customer service is not very good at all.

I ordered a topper on June 2, 2026 and never received it. The shipping address was missing so they say so I provided it to them. I still do have the topper. I have asked for my money back. They sure charged my card fast. They won't return my money. Not sure what to do now. They are a scam.

True Sleep website is full of inaccurate information, false promises and a product that is nothing like advertised. I puchased a bamboo topper from them and it was falsely advertised as being 4 inches thick. When I tried to return it, I wrote to their customer service 8 times and submitted a request to return the product online the same number of times and I have gotten no response from their customer service, no return label and no phone number to even contact them in person. This company is obviously disreputable and they make it impossible to return their product. This has been going on for over a month.

They don't adhere to their return policy. Their product is not as advertised. They don’t respond to requests for return authorization numbers. I plan to complain to the FTC and the State Attorney Generals office to try to get them off Facebook & the Internet.

My order got fouled up and I tried to correct it prior to shipment. Did not happen. Got 2 and was charged for 2 mattress toppers and have been unable to get a satisfactory response for a return label. They send out --4 so far--nice responces that they are escalling the problem. But nothing ever happens. Basically a fraud.

Don’t adhere to their return policy. Don’t respond to requests for return authorization nbr. Don’t respond to ANY emails. It’s a phony scam company. I ordered a true sleep mattress topper and never opened the box per their return policy but no one will respond to any emails I’ve sent…12 at last count. Complained to my State Attorney Generals office and Federsl Trade Commission to get them yanked off Facebook & Internet.

Ordered a 4 inch mattress topper and got a 1 inch topper.

Bought a more expensive adjustable bed frame and was given a cheaper one but finally got ahold of the manager and she made it right. Made me very happy.

Some mattress salesmen are knowledgeable. Others are friendly. But John at Trusleep in Kalamazoo is both.
Add to that a healthy dose of enthusiasm for products carried and the result is extra special customer service!
