I bought a £550 item delivery guy would get five stars but the service from the company is what I'm rating and the item arrived damaged with loose handles I sent pictures, videos back and forth with customer service women came across as snotty, and I allowed them to put things right. The manager Christine clearly doesn't run her business very well, she offerd me £I0 as a goodwill gesture after i made it clear she should offer me a goodwill gesture to keep me as a customer and avoid any negative consequences, well let's say £10 was an insult for an item that cost £550, these are high end goods, all I got from Christine was excuse after excuse, this argument went on for a while and because of that I made it clear that I need to put this to bed refund me the £10 plus I want my delivery cost refunded and I will never do business with you again and I did make it very clear that I will leave a true negative review on trustpolite about the poor customer service you have provided, it's her lost because did tell her that I still need to buy the large sideboard another £550 so her loss not mine as I found another company selling the same item made in India and delivery to the UK for £100:) cheaper that what her company is selling for, haha I would never have looked else we're if I was treated properly and given a proper goodwill gesture, she has lost out on a life long customer an another perhase from me.
I would avoid buying from this company because if anything with delivery is wrong you may not get the customer service you deserve, customer is always right, look after your customers and your customers look after you, very bad business management, actually, things happen for a reason and because of there bad customer service I found the same item cheaper elsewhere online so thanks for not treating right, this review could have been better than a 1-star review but you failed to provide me with the service I expect.

I wanted to order a cube shelf to match the one i already have. Luckily I am within driving distance of the showroom and so I drove over to have a look.
Service was fantastic. It's easy to just give a good review without substance sometimes but it was polite, efficient, patient and just a really nice buying experience.
I got to inspect the item before loading to make double sure everything was ok and between seeing it online and arriving, the item had been discounted as well. Thank you.

Superb from order to delivery to assembly.
The communication from start to finish was faultless and it felt like a dream of hassle free service. The driver Steve H superbly helpful and refreshing. The sales team superb at passing on my requests to vontact me when setting off. 45 minutes before arrival the driver called and arrived on the dot. The furniture QUALITY , service the same. Will be hunting again for sure now I've found such a reliable company who are certainly to be trusted !

Trade furniture – what a fantastic company. From start to finish. Their website is full of excellent sustainable furniture. I recently bought a cube table – mango and it was delivered within 5 days from order. Not only that, the delivery man, Steve Halligan was absolutely brilliant. He was polite, respectful, and helpful, an excellent agent for the company.



I then decided to buy the leather roll back chairs later on, rather than at the same time as I wanted to colour match the table first. Wow. The gorgeous, comfortable, antique brown leather chairs arrived, fully assembled, super quality. I would definitely recommend this company. Everything was labelled with the fire precaution signs, bubble wrapped on arrival.

Just perfect. The company itself, if you have any questions, are always willing to answer and respond very quickly.



A first class service.

Excellent service from start to finish on both my recent orders. Communication was great as I did have questions when buying online, and also I was frequently kept updated of the progress of my order. Delivery was quicker than I expected and the delivery drivers were so helpful in getting the furniture into my small flat. The furniture was even better quality than I hoped, and the pictures and description were very accurate. I would highly recommend this company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again should I need to add pieces.

Can't speak highly enough of our experience with this company. They were lightning fast with answering a query pre-purchase, delivery was quick, on-schedule and professionally done, and the item itself is great quality at a really good price. They even send you unpacking instructions just before delivery. Fantastic, especially when compared with the usual big brand long delays and inept delivery practices. Highly, highly recommended.

Delivery was within 1 week of ordering and within the 3hr timeslot. The driver was polite and helpful.

We were very surprised at the high quality of the dining table and value for money. We would definitely recommend this company.

I received a Cuba Light Dining Table and Large Sideboard, totalling nearly £800 on 3rd November 2022. The table is chipped on one side. The large sideboard on top has wood filler and clear varnish in a large wood knot, the filler doesn’t match the colour of the wood and in places only has the varnish leaving it looking like it’s not filled at all.

The boxes these arrived in smell bad (real bad). The lovely customer service representative took advice from her manager and informed if I dispose the boxes I’m going to be charged as they need returned in their original boxes as they ‘don’t have spare boxes and can’t sell items without the box’ which suggests these goods are getting resold again in these boxes. I think I will end up with the charge and pay for their new boxes as this smell is unbearable and I’m in the unknown of when they intend to collect and give me my money back.

I’m informed they have me on a ‘partially planned’ delivery route starting 17th November 2022 although they are currently awaiting orders in my area to be able to fulfil a delivery route and a date for my collection. This means your order and taking your money will be prioritised, the collection of items and giving you your money back will just need to wait until more people place orders with them.

Positives - the company is transparent regarding their priorities.

Great process. Had to re-arrange delivery, due to delays our end, no problems. One of the products had a scratch, rang, and offered exchange instantly, no questions.

Ordered table and 2 benches, smooth communication. Delivery was excellent and delivery person was great. A nice experience of a company to buy from.

My wife and I decided to order a selection of items from Trade Furniture Company Ltd after researching a number of similar suppliers and found this company to be the most suitable for our requirements. I didn't want to order online so I contacted them by telephone and found them to be very helpful and professional. They answered all of my questions and were happy to place the order for me during the call. Thankfully, all of our items were in stock and available to purchase with delivery promised within 10 working days. A few days later I received an email with a date for delivery and had the option to reschedule if the date they had offered didn't suit. Later the same day, a member of customer service contacted me by telephone to update me on what to expect on the day of delivery and to make sure that I was happy to continue as scheduled. On the day of delivery, the driver called me to advise that he was nearby. He arrived as scheduled and introduced himself as Wayne. A most pleasant and friendly man who was very helpful and worked extremely hard to bring all of the items into our home, even with the weather being so very hot on the day. Once in the room of choice, he asked if we were happy to be left with the items and I explained that we had paid for the Unwrap service and that the furniture would need removing from the packaging and the packaging taken away. He checked his paperwork but was unable to see this having been requested. After I showed him the invoice which itemised the Unwrap payment, he was happy to do as requested. Wayne worked extremely hard to deliver a 1st class service and remained polite and professional at all times. As such, we found him to be a credit to his company. After he left we took a moment to look over our new furniture and were absolutely delighted with the quality of finish. To be honest, the photos on their website don't do justice to what actually arrived. The furniture was beautiful and beyond our expectations. We couldn't be more pleased with the entire service, from start to end, and will definitely look into making further purchases when funds allow. In short, highly recommended.

After being let down by a different high street oak furniture company who couldn't deliver on time or in fact at all, I came across Trade Furniture company online and decided to give them a try and I am so glad I did, the delivery took slightly longer than the 10 business days stated as we live in Aberdeenshire, but it was well worth the extra week wait, the products are beautiful, the delivery guy carried them in for me and was polite and very helpful.
Customer care emailed me to let me know one of my items was out of stock and offered an alternative or a split delivery which I took, so as long as that turns up next month as promised I shall definitely be ordering again.
The so called "big boys" on the high street could learn a thing or 2!

Ordered this,and delivery was very prompt,however the legs were missing.Messaged and was speaking to Lilli who soon resolved the issue for me.The whole process has been really good and the legs arrived today.The sideboard is perfect for my dining room, beautiful piece of furniture,quite unusual,very happy customer.
