Received my delivery of lounge and bedroom furniture and I’m absolutely in love with it. Excellent quality and very stylish. Would highly recommend Top Furniture yo transform any room.

I was a little worried ordering online without seeing the furniture in person, however I really didn’t need to be the cross leg sidebroad and Oak benches are beautiful pieces of furniture. Placing the order at the weekend I received a call on the Monday with delivery date and rough time, delivered on the Thursday. I received a call 30 mins before delivery Harvey and Tony delivery guys were great, super helpful and friendly

Super table, exactly as we wanted. Always a worry buying online when you haven’t physically seen the product but we are very happy and would recommend.

There is a saying that you get what you pay for. It’s true that Tops furniture is not the cheapest, but it is good quality and well made and looks timeless. I have ordered 3 pieces and have received many compliments but more importantly is that it fits my aesthetic perfectly. Delivery of the 1st item was fabulous and the delivery guys were so helpful. The second delivery was a different team and not so helpful! Always check the delivery lead times as a 4th item ordered was actually cancelled due to delivery delays, but overall I would buy from this company again.

OMG my sideboard is absolutely beautiful, the quality is second to none, this is my 2nd item brought, as I also had bedroom furniture from the same company and had so many compliments felt that I should place my order for this sideboard,and it never let me down, exceptional.

I discovered this furniture retailer through a Facebook advertisement and was thoroughly satisfied with the entire experience. I received consistent updates throughout the delivery process, and the delivery personnel, Rob and Jason, proactively communicated their location and estimated arrival time. Their assistance and demeanor were both professional and courteous.

Our delivery men were punctual and polite. They carried the furniture upstairs and placed it where we wanted it. They perhaps should have put shoe covers on before walking up our carpeted stairs, landing and bedroom.
When I spoke to a person at tops furniture on the day before the delivery and I asked if the delivery team would carry the furniture upstairs I was told that it was up to the drivers discretion!!!
However when I asked the delivery men they said of course they would take it upstairs for us, and that it was company policy to do so. As older people we were very concerned that a piece of bedroom furniture would not be taken upstairs for us and that we may have to find someone else do do it.
Tops furniture need to sort out this discrepancy.
The furniture itself is excellent, well made and very well packed so that it couldn’t be damaged in transit.
Overall a very good purchasing experience.

Well made solid furniture, very pleased with my two chest of drawers.

I bought the Toulousse bed in black from this company, after weighing up the options between this one and the cotswold co bed. The item was delivered in time, and was made of good quality it seemed. However, it appeared to mark quite easily with fingerprints which is obviously not ideal. I tried to clean the product with numerous things, as per the care instructions but to no avail and as time has gone on, the markings have got worse given changing the bed, use etc. The bed now looks horrific to say the least. I reached out to Top Furniture to explain of the issue, and to advise that cleaning had not worked, and if they knew of anything. They sent me the care instructions again, and advised me essentially that I was doing something wrong and had used abbrasive products. I replied to state that this was not the case, but was met with being ignored. I sent a further 2 emails to try to get some help, and again was further ignored. To prove my point, I video'd myself, and the bed, touching with clean hands and just a finger, to show them how the bed marks from literally nothing. To date, no acknowledgment or reply. Totally awful customer service, totally awful product unfortuantely. Anyone reading this review, go to the cotswold co.

I had two items (Toulouse black cabinet and a console) delivered yesterday by two nice guys. I have not fully unpacked them as yet but they look very well packed.
I was kept informed regarding delivery-would buy from this company again.
