Mu goods got 'delivered' and when I contacted to say it did they basically said because I have something set up with dpd for it to go into my garage if no answer.
Well it didn't. And they said nothing they will do to sort it.

Tom, according to the DPD tracking information and the photographic evidence they have provided, your parcel was successfully delivered to your designated safe place (the garage) as you requested via the DPD app. By selecting this delivery preference, you agreed to DPD’s terms and conditions regarding safe place deliveries.
While we are sorry to hear that your parcel has gone missing after delivery, we are unable to intervene further as the delivery process has been completed according to your instructions. As DPD manages these claims directly with the recipient, you will need to contact them to resolve this issue. They are unable to discuss specific delivery disputes with us.

Overall good company to deal with
Overall, good company to deal with. Competitive prices, excellent packaging and prompt delivery. My only complaint was that there were no guarantee or product registration details with the delivery and it took two email attempts to get this information from them. I did however receive an apology when I received the information needed.

Too flimsy
I bought this mower for my daughter so she could follow us around while we cut the lawns. It’s ok for use inside on on a hard surface but not robust enough to use or easy to push on a lawn.

Second time i have used Tools today…
Second time i have used Tools today easy to order fast delivery and a good price. The low score given is due to lack of response when I emailed about a starting issue i had with the item.I had a reply saying forwarded to the workshop for their comments and that was it. So ended up getting help from a local company, who i shall now be using for my future purchases.

You received your order the following day, Sunday 31st May.
On that same day, when our offices were closed, you emailed us regarding an issue. Our sales team replied at 9:30am on Monday 1st June, the following day, to confirm that your email had been forwarded to our workshop.
We respond to all emails in the order they are received. As this is a particularly busy period, response times may be slightly longer than usual. At the time of posting this review, only 48 hours had passed which has not provided our technician sufficient time to respond to your query.
We feel this review is unfair and does not accurately reflect the level of service we have provided. Your order was processed and delivered promptly and your enquiry is currently being handled through our normal email support process,
