Poor service
Unfortunately, after the est delivery date had passed, I had to chase up my order, When I spoke to customer services, there was an oversight and the product Id ordered was experiencing stock issues and wouldn’t be despatched (even though Id received notification from Evri that they were expecting it.)
Nobody thought to tell me my order was out of stock and that I wouldn’t receive my goods. It was left up to me to chase and ask for a refund.

Great easy online ordering , kept informed of status . Prompt delivery . Bought because I wore it years ago many years ago . Not sure if the smell is what I remember ,but I’m sure it is as packing all the same. I think like our palettes change maybe our sense of smell does too . Still lovely tho .

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service, I wanted to return the item without receipt and staff refused first then she returned the item for credit note. The other top retailers are not doing that, they don't insist for recreceipts if customer lost the recreceipts due to some reasons. Because they want their customer back.
