I bought a gazebo last year and canopy…
I bought a gazebo last year and canopy was not good quality.
Got hold of TJhughs for a replacement canopy, they said they dont sell that gazebo anymore. Emails went back and forth over months adls I was willing to pay for a replacement. Ended up with TJhughs basicly tough, they stopped selling that gazebo and I ended up getting stuck with a metal frame and no canopy.
Went to anoth company to buy yet another gazebo. Paid for two gazebo's in two years but my new one has lasted me much better so far. Very unhelpfull TJhughs.

Poor customer service won’t let return
We have received some sun loungers what came in a damaged box and when trying them they are faulty, we have contacted customer services and keep getting the same person dayle jones who will not help us return the faulty goods, this has gone on for 4 days now and this is disgusting customer service, we are stuck with faulty goods and we have never experienced this much hard work trying to return something, think twice people before ordering from here because they use third parties and then wash there hands with you when these rogue companies send out cheap rubbish!

The item was never deliverd and probably lost (or stolen) by Everi. Sugest you stop using then as this is the second time I have had perfume not deliverd by them?
