Rubbish Customer Service
Specifically paid for next day delivery (ordered on a Saturday to be sent out on the following Monday for delivery Tuesday as needed the box on the Wednesday) which didn't happen, so had to rush out and buy something else. Asked for a refund because of this as it wasn't needed as arrived too late, (it wasn't despatched so not Royal Mail's fault) and....silence. No response. Wanted the box as a sample for a meeting and then a potential very large order so Tiny Box have missed out massively. I'd avoid this company who cannot even respond to a valid complaint. Postage cost as much as the product for next day delivery!!!! AVOID!!!!

We are genuinely sorry that your order did not arrive in time for your meeting and completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this must have been, particularly when you had paid for next-day delivery and were hoping to use the box as a sample for a potentially larger order.
We would, however, like to clarify that your order was dispatched by us as planned. Unfortunately, it was subsequently delayed at the DPD depot, which was outside of our control. We appreciate that this does not change the inconvenience caused to you, and we are very sorry that you had to make alternative arrangements at short notice.
We have also reviewed the communication regarding your order and can confirm that our Customer Services team responded to you twice. We are sorry if you did not receive or see these responses, as we certainly would never want you to feel that your complaint had been ignored or that we were unwilling to assist.
We completely understand your frustration, especially given the potential, and we are genuinely sorry that this experience has affected your perception of us. We always strive to provide a high level of customer service, and we are disappointed that on this occasion we have not met your expectations.

I wrote a review in exasperation last Saturday because of an order which had gone missing and even when The Tiny Box company tried on two more occasions to replace it, something went wrong every time. However, in the end, I received my order and had my money refunded as acknowledgement of the stress caused. I’ve used Tiny Box for around 10 years and this was the first time anything had gone wrong. I remain a loyal customer!

Ordered my products on July 23rd
Ordered my products on July 23rd, before a 2-week holiday. I'm now back and my parcel still has not turned up. Evri tracking says there was an update to my parcel on the 27th July, and nothing since. No tracking information, no parcel and it's now August 10th. I'm awaiting a reply from Customer Services at Tiny Box Company, but as a first time customer I'm not happy with this service!
Additional note: After contacting the customer services a replacement was sent straight away, via a different delivery company.

Personally I’d avoid…
I ordered an extra large gift bag and some tissue paper with discount and delivery this came to about £7.
Despite my invoice and all paperwork saying I’d ordered a black gift bag I was sent a white gift bag that I had no use for. Delivery took longer than I would have liked so when it arrived I was left having to order something else from Amazon.
I asked for a full refund due to the inconvenience and was only refunded for the bag (£1.05). Meaning I paid £6 for 10 sheets of red tissue paper… which I’m not happy about.
I wouldn’t order from here again as I wouldn’t trust them to fulfil a simple order. Nor am I happy with the customer service as there was no apology for their mistake.
