Sent my watch in for repair. Had my watch for 9 weeks. Website states repair in 2-4 weeks. Told i would be contacted many times with an update regarding repair but received nothing. Gave up and asked for a return of the watch in the end.

Having sent a watch back for repair/ replacement in April and having very little response on the numerous times I've tried to contact this company... I will not be purchasing from them ever again!
I bought through another company ( Jewel Hut), which has also been very unhelpful and noncommunicative.

Several issues with getting the watch and then when one finally did arrive the strap fell apart in the first month. I've tried to get in touch with customer service but have had no luck.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Watch strap broke within 2 weeks. Sent it back for repair as advised. They have had my watch for over 3 months and I haven't heard a single thing. They don't pick up their phone or answer emails. I won't be getting my watch back. Con artists that make money out of stealing your property. Not legit, AVOID

One of the links in my watch bracelet was loose and eventually fell off. The watch was almost a year old but I contacted Timex anyway and asked if they could help. They asked me to send the watch in for repair and they didn’t charge for it. I was delighted when a brand new watch turned up a couple of weeks later 😁👍

Appalling service. Send watch for repair in April - advised in June they are unable to repair. Chose a replacement watch only to be told a few weeks later that the one I chose was unavailable. Asked for a refund, but got no response from multiple emails. Managed to call and agreed a refund, which I am still waiting for 3 weeks later!! Why does a company of this size take 3 months to do nothing!

Terrible checkout and comms but fast delivery and nice watch. Basically they warned their checkout was bad and that they used PayPal. I trusted PayPal might refund me if things went bad. Paid, no confirmation email, they didn’t even really take my email or address apart from via I guess the PayPal transaction. No way to track or even see if the order existed. I purchased on Saturday. First thing I knew was on the Tuesday a courier planning to deliver on the Wednesday. Before that, I don’t remember any clear timeline of how long it might take - a week, 2 months? They did. So actually the service was speedy and accurate, but the uncertainty was very uncomfortable.

Sentr my watch back for a bracelet repair in Feb.
Nearly May and they still havnt fixed it.
offered me the RRP to pick a new watch from watchshop.com which i did. they then refused to honour this promise.
have said they will refund the original discounted purchase price but being that they ignore emails and have a 1star trust pilot rating i wont hold my breath to even see that back...

Order cancelled with no notification. I placed an order for a watch for my daughter. Weeks later I had not received it or any communication. After emailing customer service I was told they would investigate and get back to me within 1 or 2 days. As expected I heard nothing so send another email. I was then informed that the order had been cancelled due to lack of stock. No apology and no explanation why I had not been emailed about this. A very disappointed daughter.

Worst Customer service ever just one person to repair the watches and if he’s in holiday you will have to wait longer for watch to be fixed.

I ordered a Stranger Things themed watch and the stock notification said '5 left' when I checked out.

Several days later I was still waiting for shipping confirmation so I contacted Timex. They told me the order had been cancelled due to "stock issues" and FAILED to contact me to let me know that my order had been cancelled.
No apology and terrible communication. I wouldn't bother with them. It seems like they don't care about customer service AT ALL.

I looked for ways to warn others so thanks Trustpilot.
1) This is NOT the actual TIMEX watch company (timex.com) ... this is a mirror scam site @co.uk (cleverly linked to the .com site)
2) I ordered a watch, my card payment kept pending for a week which rose my immediate suspicion
3) No order confirmation or anything else. It took a while to get some Customer email
4) They claimed APC couriers tried to deliver (APC knew nothing of it). Tried to call - all turned out to be fake.
5) Battling now to get my money back
6) My review got rejected on their site
PLEASE STAY AWAY

I'll keep writing here until my situation is going to change. Thanks to trustpilot to give me this way to talk to TIMEX, but i seriously doubt anyone is reading this.
Simply because there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN EUROPE.
My package is ready since more than one week, just waiting that people "working" for timex in amsterdam give it to dhl. But unfortunately, there are NO ONE WORKING IN AMSTERDAM OFFICE. I tried to call every single day at different hours, but nobody answer.

Be very careful before ordering from timex europe, that's all I Can say.

Bought a Marlin for myself. Love the piece, it's a classic watch for sure.

I ordered a watch directly from Timex a month in advance for a Christmas gift. The watch never was delivered. My initial call to customer service yielded no help. I was told that they couldn’t tell me when to expect the watch. I called again a few days before Christmas and they are not accepting any calls. The only way to contact Customer Service is via email. They haven’t responded to date.

The Service I received from a Customer Representative called Hemma was brilliant. Things went wrong because of the Couriers, NOT Timex, and Hemma stepped in and managed to handle the situation perfectly & professionally. I recommend Timex to everyone, purely because of the Service received from Hemma & to be fair, the Great Watches they make!

Poca serietà. Customer service inesistente. Ho acquistato 2 orologi in data 8 febbraio 2021 e ad oggi, 26 marzo non ho ricevuto la merce. Ho seguito tutte le istruzioni ricevute via e-mail ed ho pagato in anticipo inclusa la spedizione che mi avevano assicurato per iscritto essere gratuita. Il Customer service inizialmente ha risposto (sempre con ritardo di vari giorni) ma adesso, da oltre 2 settimane non risponde più nonostante vari solleciti. Incredibile, la reputazione di un'azienda che consideravo valida è andata a zero.

Ordered watch 3 days before xmas .was exspecting after xmas was surprised turned up on xmas eve. Well packaged driver followed social distance .very pleased with my snoopy watch aniversary editions .as been waiting from other companies many using pandemic as an excuse some not turned up in time for xmas ordered month ago .i found the service outstanding. the watch is good quality and value you for money .
