Ordered an alarm clock in February arrived after much chasing in March.
The clock would not keep good time either too slow or fast useless as an alarm clock.
Returned on packaging in May having given up phoning, desire a number of emails as the phone is a joke no contact or acknowledgment.
Keep away from them.
Only one star as you have to put something.
Nothing to be worried about, great company
I purchased a clock. And after purchase I came across these bad reviews and nearly fainted. Turns out there was no need to worry. Yes they are delayed than what they advertise but trust me they are good and the clock is just fabulous! I live in Ireland and even with the covid 19 going on, they still couriered it to me! I would add a photo as proof but there seems to be no options for that.

I ordered a clock mid December.
Order status was "In process".
Tried to contact them after a week without any luck.
Sent many emails since without them replying.
It is now February and I have disputed the credit card transaction.
My bank is now in the process of recovering the funds.

Is this company still trading?? Put order in for mantel clock twice, 1st time they let me know out of stock, this time absolutely nothing despite 3-5 day delivery, have attempted to cancel order and go elsewhere remains to be seen if I get a refund.
TickTockClocks dreadful customer service
I purchased a travel alarm clock from Ticktockclocks. I found the operating instructions incomprehensible. I was totally unable to operate the device. I sent the clock back in perfect condition in the original packaging and requested a refund. I have received absolutely no response, despite several reminders.

Rubbish service and broken promises
Ordered a small mantelclock (3-5 day delivery). Cost in total £51.90 which was debited from my bank account 9 September . Didn’t arrive and still hasn’t. You can never get through on the phone or if you do ate prompted to leave name and contact number but you never receive a call back. They take an absolute age to respond to emails.
Due to alleged stock issues I was offered a full refund 2 weeks ago and I’m STILL waiting for it.
They need to improve their non existent customer service drastically and sort my refund now please.
Dont buy from Tick Tock Clocks
A number of weeks ago I purchased a Mantel Clock with a rotating pendulum from Tick Tock Clocks. When it arrived the packaging was damaged, so I took photographs as I unpacked. When I set the rotating pendulum going it was noisy and oscillated. I believe that it had been damaged.
Within around 5 hours (well within the 48 hours specified on the delivery note) I notified the damage to their nominated e.mail address. This included photographs, and even a very short video illustrating the obtrusive noise. I requested a refund and a return authorisation. No reply! I sent a hastener. No reply! I telephoned! The system asked me to leave my name and number and someone would get back to me. I did so, twice. No reply! The third and fourth time I tried to leave a message, the answerphone said it was too full to accept more messages. It is now 12 days since my first attempt to contact them and I still have had no reply.
This is a company who claims a warranty and money back guarantee but that ignores e.mails or telephone. Do not buy from this company. Their money back guarantee cannot apply if they don't even acknowledge customer concerns. Their customer service is non existent.
I have given up on them and will never use them again. I have purchased another rotary pendulum, from a reputable company, which works.

2 stars go to the DELIVERY. poor service.
They say that the item arrives in 3-5 business day, but it's clearly false. I cancelled the first item due to the delay (and got my money back), they were nice to offer me a 10% discount so I purchased a second item. Same story. Over a month delivery expected.
So cancelled the second item too.
Clocks might even be of good quality, but definitely the service is unreliable.
Worth a little wait
Had to wait a while for my lovely clock but it was certainly worth the wait! Ticktockclocks emailed me to inform me that there would be a delay but I was in no urgent rush and chose to wait rather than to make the contact offered. Another week went by and I decided to enquire and was informed the item was expected in stock the following Wednesday. Again I was given the option of changing my order etc but decided to wait and see - and was informed that it had been despatched as assured. Came the next day and it is perfect for our lounge. Sometimes a little patience and understanding pays off! I am very satisfied with my purchase and the service received
Poor customer service
Bought an excellent children’s wall clock off this company six months ago. Brilliant clock & much loved by a little boy. Sadly I dropped it whilst altering time when clocks changed and broke the hands. Wrote to company explaining and asking if I could buy a new hand mechanism off them.
A simple reply - no.

Ordered a clock at the weekend with next day delivery. Was informed by email that it was out of stock and would take 3 to 6 working days to deliver. I replied asking them to cancel the order and give me my money back as this was to be given as a present so I could not wait that long.
NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM
I sent 2 emails and made three phone calls. They answered the phone and promised to give me a refund. NOT HAD ANY MONEY YET.
I've now opened a dispute with Paypal.
Shame on you Ticktockclocks.
Not silent
After returning a 'Silent clock' because it was noisy, I received a replacement that is quieter, but certainly not 'silent' as advertised.
The continuous movement does away with the ticking sound, but the whirring is clearly audible and irritating - shame as it's a good looking clock.
Taken my money but didn't delivery
I ordered a £129.99 clock paid £10 for delivery, waited 2 weeks them emailed to be told it would be 5-7 days, then told after 3rd chase it was out of stock, they would send it when in stock, I then called to ask specifically when it would be back in stock to be told it would be at least another 2 weeks! this item is still showing in stock with a promise of a next day - and within 5 day delivery even though they know they do not have it.
I've asked for a refund, had someone of just told me how long on the first place it would of been fine, terrible customer service !
Over priced
Ordered this clock for next day delivery. It is a black spoked wall clock. We were surprised that for just under £80 we had to assemble it ourselves. The spokes are very flexible and one was slightly bent. The ends of the spokes have a plastic cone shaped knob on them. The clock looks very nice on the wall of our lounge but for the quality it is very over priced. I would think that £30 maximum would have been a far more realistic price.

I picked next day delivery and by 8.30am it had been delivered. I was impressed by the speed from order to delivery and the product is very premium looking,
