Fabulous service
Fabulous service. I ordered tickets for a festival but for the wrong day. I was an idiot for not checking but as soon I realised I emailed customer services and they had the problem sorted very quickly. Excellent communication and very quick service. The advisor was very polite and efficient

Mobile app? 😔 (pls pls pls)
ive never heard of this app until today but ive just bagged myself some lola young tickets so pretty happy i come to realise ticketline doesn’t have a mobile app! Which is fine but my anxiety is through the roof knowing i have to print out my tickets instead of having them as a QR code on my phone 😅 I booked then through the Manchester Academy app so i got my pdf file containing my tickets which i have to print out but i have to say you guys bring sweat to a girls foreheaddddd , imagine i go allll the way there and it’s not accepted!

Chloe responded very quickly to my query concerning tickets I had bought. I had not received the tickets after a 36 hour wait.

I booked tickets for Totfest Yorkshire in September, and recently booked a holiday which accidentally coincided with our Totfest date! I emailed customer service to see if we were able to exchange or sell them on, to change for the Cheshire date. Chloe responded super quickly and exchanged the tickets immediately, saving a lot of hassle and time. Thanks so much Chloe! Excellent customer service :)

“Let me tell you, I was fully prepared to spend my afternoon fighting with a customer service rep, armed with frustration and an overabundance of passive-aggressive sighs. But what I got instead was an experience so delightful, I almost feel bad for how low I set the bar.
The person who helped me (let’s call them my Customer Service Champion)
“Chloé” was patient, cheerful, and—dare I say—psychic. They not only solved my problem but also answered the follow-up questions I hadn’t even thought of yet. Are they secretly a wizard? Possibly.
At one point, I even laughed out loud during our conversation, which is not a sentence I ever thought I’d write about customer service. I went in ready to demand satisfaction, and I left with a solution, a smile, and the kind of faith in humanity I usually only get from puppies and random acts of kindness.
Bravo to the team for making me feel like a valued human being instead of a mere case number. If I could give more stars, I would. But since I can’t, I’ll just shout it from the rooftops: best. service. ever.”
