Wedding ring lost
My wife took her wedding ring and eternity ring to be resized via Fenwick Store Colchester. Her wedding ring has gone missing and has just vanished. No one knows where it is!! The eternity ring is now too big whilst they replaced the wedding ring and did the repair free of charge on the eternity ring clearly their security processes leave a lot to be desired. The help my wife received to find the right size for the rings was non-existent by Fenwicks staff. The whole episode has been a nightmare. On the 31st of August 2026 when my wife collected her replacement ring and the resized eternity ring the reception she received was rather cold and no mention was made of their mistakes. My wife was extremely upset by this. She is devastated. 33 years she has had the wedding ring now it’s gone through no fault of her own.

I had a battery put in my watch on…
I had a battery put in my Armani watch on Wednesday. They also cleaned all my jewellery to a high standard and under an hour I was really impressed. I received a warm welcome when I approached and the guy was really friendly unlike the jewellers in front of NEXT where I originally went but changed my mind as I was ignored.
