Such a shame ordered 3 tubs of fruit flys but one tub was mouldy and another looked empty no adult flies in tub and not hatched in the expected date on the tub ..just a shame as previous purchases was spot on

Well packed gd prices gd delivery and wow amazing mystery box I can tell someone looked at my order and picked what they thought I'd like based of the other bits I ordered as I didn't include a note to see what it be like :) wasn't any fillers like plants or substrate I got animals for my collection all new except for one which was my first ever spider I love for nostalgic reason. all animals were well and alive I'm very impressed really this place deserves more than 5 stars

Placed an order on Thursday 17/08/23 paid the £10 postage claimed to be for express delivery. And then nothing no communication (despite 2 onsite messages and 1 email) no delivery, no explanation at all. I would NOT recommend the supplier for anything at all, especially if you require a prompt service.
perhaps but money has been taken and the order did not arrive preferred date was set otherwise the order wouldn't have been completed now would it.

What can I say amazing company from delivery to opening up the parcel. Top quality products, slings came well packed (5 total) all looking well and in their new enclosure. Also received a free sling which was a bonus, will defiantly be ordering from TheSpiderShop again. Thank You!

Bought my first T (sling T Sabulosum) with them. The web site is very easy to use with excellent delivery options. Called today for some advice and the person I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will be using again and will recommend to others

To start off with I would like to say that the delivery service was excellent, very well packed and protected and handled and described with extreme quality and care.
My new addition, a beautiful green bottle blue tarantula. The shop was everything I expected and more.
I did hunt around at first and the reviews spoke for themselves, that's why I came to the spider shop, nothing but fabulous reviews and also checked them online and I am so so glad that I stuck with this shop.
I emailed the shop to let them know that the tarantula was doing great and settled in really well. I wasn't expecting a reply but I had one thanking me for the update and assured me that if I need any advice along the way then just to drop and email and they will help me.

Ordered several times from here and everything has always been perfect. The livestock is very healthy and well packed, and I have NEVER had a dead on arrival. Will definitely be using again, many times I imagine.

Perfect shop, had a mistake on my order where they sent me more than I had ordered, when I emailed them to say I would pay for them they told me not to worry and keep the extras, they are also super quick to respond to any questions. This is now the only website I will use for all of my invertebrates

All my questions before I ordered were answered. The delivery was great. And all my new spiders were delivered alive and healthy and I ordered 12 juvenile spiders on my order. A Balfouri communal ;)

Absolutely love the spider shop! They have always been so helpful with me, I've ordered spiders from them a few times now and they are always delivered on time and packed so safely, of course, it is difficult to post a living animal, but each spider I have received has been absolutely fine, naturally they take about 12-24 hours to fully settle in but after this, they are happy and healthy babies! The staff are always super helpful as well, any special requests or questions and they are always happy to help! 10 out of 10, no... 11 out of10 haha! Happy spider shopping <3

You use to be so good . I wish you people would kick up your heals ! 2 accounts . My husband got me some candy millipedes one was missing . Then my Danish friends got some creatures from you a large order. Quite a few mantises died. The lids were flimsy & caves in & had no food w had complete flat bottoms from being starved. Also my Danish friends had a large rhino beetle completely missing! One large green beetle is so dead it has got holes in it & looks literally moth, eaten ! Please clean up your act & compensate my friends . Wish I knew how to place a photo in as I’d show you the moth eaten beetle 🪲 . Yours sincerely , Veronica

I've bought Tarantulas twice
- one afew years back and one just very recent.. the communication is 100% from the team aswell as the packaging! My T didn't want to come out it looked so snug lol. Love this shop and awesome team I highly recommend them. Communication hands down is on point - thanks again!!
