I recently enlisted the help of Alison Kirk of Spectra HR, in what was a very complex, out of the ordinary disciplinary case. I can't recommend Alison and Spectra enough, she kept me well informed throughout the process and explained each stage in detail. Alison's approach to the case was a great learning curve for me and I know both parties appreciated her fair and transparent method.

Pete and Stuart, our advisors, ensure smooth operations and communication is outstanding. While some documentation could benefit from clearer updates for ease, their prompt assistance is invaluable. However, the lengthy contract and document management system can be challenging. Overall, their expertise and service merit a strong recommendation.

Small company - contract of employment

We contacted Spectra after a recommendation. As a small company we needed a contract of employment for an employee who was joining us. The team were very helpful and after a short conversation with Alison regarding our needs, the contract was on our desk the next day and it was all as expected.
