I ordered two quick flick products/promotions packs on 11th of May 2020 and never received either of them.
No reply from customer services at all regarding order. They charge me £87.00 for an order I have had no communication about and no replies to my emails regarding its where about, and I cant get a refund as no one is acknowledging my emails.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!! I CANT AFFORD TO LOSE £87.00 AND I AM SURE OTHERS CANT...YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE YOUR ORDER OR ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT ONCE MONEY IS TAKEN FROM YOUR ACCOUNT, THATS MY GENUINE EXPERIENCE.

Quality n service questionable - poor
I initially loved the Quick Flick wing products so much so that i did a second purchase last yr with the new edition colours. I had been using the intense black varietals and was happy with the product. Unfortunately the Grand in green did not perform very well at all. Upon its initial use, one of the pens had very faded ink on application of the wing and the other was dark with colour at the base of the wing but faded into nothing halfway and into the tip of the wing requiring alot of infill. The blue Grand purchased at the same time i only just opened is perfectly fine which is reasonable to assume the green version is faulty. Upon advising the company i was told that i had to have returned it within 14 days of purchase if faulty...thats all well n good if one was to receive it efficiently and then use it within such a restrictive timeframe. For me given that i only just opened the blue that timeframe is ridiculous. At the end of the day if a product is faulty - its faulty and a customer shouldn't be held responsible for that - consumers are protected under consumer law for such issues. I actually find it interesting that they only back their product for 14 days...it says alot about what they actually think of their product. Interesting from my research it seems that my reported fault isnt uncommon with the Quick Flick product. Poor customer service with no demonstration of compassion nor goodwill for a returning customer. I now wont be returning again!
Don’t order as you won’t receive the product or a refund
Ordered this product at the beginning of March.
There has been no tracking update on the items since the 28th of March. I have emailed customer care numerous times to no avail. They don’t know where my items are and are telling me to “wait”.
I don’t understand how you can pay for something and just never receive it . Customer care quality leaves a lot to be desired.
Still waiting to receive after a month
Ordered a month ago and still no sign of delivery. Customer service are very unhelpful. Avoid

Please don't, jusy don't
When received the stamp on the eyeliner was completely dry, and left no impression on my eye what's so ever not the beautiful flick promised. After waiting for what seems like forever for delivery ( im in the uk) I was disappointed.
An email to the firm was responded to asking for photos of the eyeliner used on my hand and one of the bottom of the box, this was sent immediately, after that have heard nothing, after sending many many emails
If you are thinking of ordering this eyeliner have a good think it's an expensive option for an eyeliner stamp, that you can buy much cheaper elsewhere
I wish i had done more research before ordering this

Since leaving the review and emailing the company CEO have been promised another eyeliner which i wait for with baited breath will update accordingly
Have now been waiting for the replacement to be delivered for coming up to 3 weeks, have emailed and got a reply telling me has been delivered, have checked every possible place it could have been left no sign of it, got a reply from a Raquel who told me to ask post-office for proof of delivery, I explained in an email that as im in the uk thats not the system, and the post office cant help unless its a signed for delivery 4 days after sending email ive got no reply at all, and sent another email, i think as im in the UK and they are in Australia i will give up and let them off the hook, but they took my hard earned cash quickly I will be carrying on my complaint until i get an eyeliner or my money refunded

I'm sure everyone has their own experience but I thought my experience was great. I ordered the stamp eyeliner and the makeup eraser pen. Initially I was concerned as it was taking a bit long but then I looked at the shipping dates and realized it said it would take 14 working days for the products to be delivered. It took 11 days to process and deliver even with one item out of stock. I've now received the item and love the eyeliner, the eraser is amazing for newbies trying out makeup (like me). I'd definitely recommend, but just be patient.

2 MONTHS DELAY AND REFOUND DENIED
I have been waiting for my order for 2 months.
After hundreds of calls to the postal and customs service, I learned that there were problems with the customs and my order will be returned to the sender.
The Quick Flick customer service denied me a refund proposing a shopping voucher on their website......... NOPE!!!!!!
After such a long wait (time promised by the site for delivery is 14 working days) I want to receive my total refund.

I ordered this product over 2and a half weeks ago and am yet to receive it, its supposed to show up today, I'll update this oat the end of the day once i receive or not, they did reply to my emails eventually and when they did gave me blanket excuses as to why its not their fault or here yet, did open an investigation into the missing track number which was scanned once a week after ordering and has not been seen till thismorning when it was scanned at the next sorting facility over from mine so thats hopeful, my point is by now i should be reviewing the product but there services are severely lacking, id love to say its worth the wait but im still waiting and i was meant to have it 10 days ago. Order at your own risk.

Scam warning
Ordered over two weeks ago via express post and Australia post informed me they never shipped the item. This company only responded to an email once I contacted PayPal. They are still refusing to refund my money despite Australia post confirming the item was never sent. Avoid !
