The Quick Flick has the best customer service ever! My order got delayed and they were kind enough to follow up and make sure I got it ASAP, plus! they added a gift and kept following up personally with me via email. As for the product, it is amazing! and easy to apply and use! Didn't think getting the perfect winged eyeliner would be this easy. Highly recommended!

I didn't get my product after almost 3 months, but the costumer service was great.

The eyeliner is just amazing and easy to use!! Fun fact we get 2 eyeliners which means it lasts longer!!

I wish delivery service could improve, I was not even sure when to expect the delivery. I believe you guys are doing a great job finding services that deliver your product internationally!! Even though it was a long wait, it was definitely worth it.

I love this company and their products! I've tried different lashes before (also these magnetic ones that people somehow always love), but the lashes from The Quick Flick are by far the best ones I ever tried!! They are so easy to put on and they actually stay on. I ordered multiple pairs of the Modest One, which are my favorite ones! They are perfect for a night out but can also be worn during the day. The lashes are so natural, so people never really notice that they are fake, but I get compliments every time I wear them, about how perfect my make up looks! Also their customer service is very good, very quick replies and always helpful and friendly. The only downside for me; I am based in The Netherlands so shipping sometimes takes a while.

I bought To The Point a while back and recently managed to snap one of the stamps in half. I love this product so decided to purchase a new one to replace the one I broke.
I ended up purchasing another To The Point, Green Envy and a Hot Fudge. They were quickly posted and packaged well. All worked wonderfully except the Hot Fudge which seemed a bit dry. I messaged the team and had an incredibly quick response with some tips to get the ink flowing. I did the things suggested but unfortunately the stamps still weren't working correctly. Again I messaged them, and again a super fast response with a replacement on the way.
I love the product but what makes them really amazing is their fantastic customer service.

Julita and I had a virtual consultation today to help get the most out of my lashes.
I would firstly like to say...WOW... Julita was so lovely and helpful and patient.

She provided some really handy and help tips to get the most out of wearing my lashes and more to the point how to get them to bond to my lids which I have not previously been successful. On first attempt during our virtual chat, THEY BONDED@!!! and I now feel more confident and with a little more practice, I will ace this.
Her customer service is A+. Polite, friendly, warm and welcoming and she made feel comfortable from the minute we said hello.

I'm so glad I agreed to the virtual consult which I was sceptical about, but as the saying goes... you don't know if you don't try. I'm glad I did and I will definitely continue to purchase Quick Flick products in the future.

Absolutely adore these products. Have since gone back to purchase more as they make my life so much easier. Customer service helpers were also lovely!

It’s very simple. I’m from Italy and I ordered two eyeliner. Unfortunately the package arrived already open and one eyeliner was missing. So I write to the costumer help and they solved my problem quickly and efficiently!

I'm delighted with this product. After a few tries it looked perfect and didn't smudge off easily like regular eyeliner. The petite size is perfect as I have small eyes and isn't too out there. Just ordered the size up but this time in green. There are some excellent tutorial videos out there, both official and non affiliated. Thank you QUICK FLICK!!

I have bought this multiple times, at the start the pens lasted well, but the last 3 purchases they've dried out within 2 weeks, I do everything required, always have them upright, shake them, but they just have nothing in them, gutted because I loved them at the start.

I LOVE how easy it is to use this product! lasts all day without smudging. I have The Quick Flick stamp - Grand for a bold flick. I can't wait to try the modest style for during the week.

I luv Quick Flick products! Theres no more to say lol, it doesnt smudge, it stays on all day and I have allllll the colors , chocolate brown, black, green , blue and red !

Ok not to be a Karen but this is probably the WORST product I have ever bought online. So poor quality and eyelashes don’t stick to liner AT ALL. Literally just threw it in the bin because it wasn’t worth paying to return and only get store credit. DO BETTER!

Definitely avoid this company. I generally always check trustpilot before buying from a company I haven't used before. Foolishly I was so excited to buy such wonderful looking make up I ordered before reviewing!

Firstly, my order took almost a month to arrive.

Secondly, it didn't actually "arrive" directly to me... Royal Mail posted a customs fee slip through my door which had to be paid before I could collect my package. £12.07! After already paying a postage fee I was incredibly annoyed but glad to finally have my order in my hands!

Thirdly, imagine my sheer horror when after paying more than £40 to this company, I open my package and half my order is missing!! I ordered 2 x Quick Lash Adhesives retailing at £12.50 each with postage my order came to around £30 and then the customs fee of over £12 meant I had actually paid £40 for one item that retails at £12.50.

I emailed the company immediately and after a very long time recieved an email offering to replace the missing item. Very kind of them you might say but how does that help me when I will have to pay ANOTHER £12.07 customs fee?! If I had accepted that would have meant I would have spent almost £50 on £25 worth of stock......?? Thats assuming they would even send a replacement as some of these reviews seem to suggest i would keep getting fobbed off! They didn't seem to understand that I simply wanted a refund for the one item I didnt receive.

Also in addition I would like to add that I too was deceived by the "UK" portion of the web address and genuinely believed I was buying from a UK based company. Foolish. I should have done more digging but this is very deceptive in my opinion and made the customs fee all the more shocking.

Fortunately I had paid through PayPal! So I opened a dispute and they ruled in my favour and I received a full refund. Thanks to PayPal and no thanks to the Quick Flick company! Please avoid.

I feel quite mixed about the Quick Flick. I have waited a month for the product to arrive, which was much longer than I expected, and the customs charge was huge, which I hadn't really factored in, and lets face it, this is quite expensive make up in the first place. I hadn't realised it wasn't based in the UK, as with others, the UK website made me assume they had a base here. Clearly I could have read a bit more, but I do feel the site was misleading.

At the same time, I have just tested out the products I ordered and they're really very nice, and meet my expectations. Nicely packaged and they seem effective. I'll use them happily, but I won't be ordering again.

I was worried after reading reviews on here but I didn't check until after I had bought mine (oops). I immediately emailed them to ask if they would stop the shipment etc but it had already been shipped by the time I got a response. Anyways, it has actually just arrived today!! About 2 weeks after I bought it. I love it, I got intense black in 'to the point' and its exactly the size I was trying to go for! It feels good quality and the other ends of the eyeliners are really precise and make it easy to join the liner to the wing. Pretty pricey but i would buy again just because its so easy and I don't have to stress about my eyeliner going wrong anymore!

wish I looked into this more properly before i bought, I'm always knew for looking up reviews, looking for other people's experiences and reading the terms and conditions but got caught put on this one. The terms and conditions do have a sneaky "we cannot be responsible for any import fees etc" but they have "quick beauty UK" website so obviously you think orders will come from UK? Even the confomryion email is from a "quick beauty uk" with a UK reference. Got a letter from royal mail today asking me to pay £12 import tax as they are actually not UK at all. it's not alot but obviously wouldnt have paid £32 for a f@cking stamp!
