Everything I’ve received has looked just like the photos, and I appreciate that they’re upfront and transparent about their shipping lead times, so I always know what to expect. It’s clear they put a lot of care into their business, and their customer service has been wonderful whenever I’ve had a question. I recently placed an order with Pixie Boutique that had some shipping delays. Although that was an inconvenience what stood out to me was Kim’a excellent communication and prompt replies to my inquires. They assumed responsibility and at all times kept me updated. So despite the delay they made it right and even offered me a nice pair of sandals to make up for it. Win, win…so l recommend. Kim is wonderful!

The product quality is why I will buy from Pixie again

I placed orders for multiple items and I still haven’t received every time you get in touch with a customer service agent you get the run around… they’re very rude… The website clearly offers two week ship outs… but somehow you choose this option it’s always delay after delay.. When you finally to the customer service they somehow make you feel bad because you choose the bulk shipping…. Yes they offer Fed Ex shipping but the prices are expensive. I will no longer patronage this company.

This place is a scam Kim is a Liar she lies about shipping she lies and say she shipping but doesn’t ship she says she going to get a lawyer and legal team involved which i’m ready for her to do so because i have a great attorney! and evidence.
