I am extremely pleased with my pc. I received some free gifts along with it which I'm very happy with.

The only negatives are a few surface marks where the paint is chipped and the late arrival (but that was compensated by the free gifts!)

Overall I'm very happy.

Bought a PC for my husbands birthday and he loves it!
Communication with Phoenix Tech was easy and fast and helped with all my questions as I wasn't 100% on what I wanted as I wanted it to be perfect for my husband.

After my purchase Phoenixtech happily threw in freebies. We were very excited to get the computer up an running.. While trying to use the computer we would suffer random shutdowns.

Phoenixtech were very professional and took the PC back Multiple times for Multiple attempts to fix a very simple issue.5 months after our initial purchase we were still without a reliable working PC.

In the end they offered a refund and I built the PC myself to which works better, quieter and faster.. I would of just preferred to let professionals do all the hard work.

Purchased a pc back in November 2016.
Still waiting to be sent all the items I purchased 8 months later.
Also having issues with unit suddenly powering off and then rebooting again (usually coinciding with a windows update).
The hard drives were not installed properly, just jammed in at an angle so I had to realign these myself.
Will be looking into contacting trading standards about this company.
Service was apalling, emails ignored etc.
Would recommend steering well clear of this company.

Bought a gaming computer from Phoenix Tech and have been very happy with it, No issues and a good price.

Ordered a computer from Phoenix Tech and the quality was very good. I was very happy when my computer arrived in just under 2 weeks. Would definitely order again if I ever need a computer fixed or a new one.

Ordered a computer for my son for xmas,when my son pligged it in xmas day it didnt work. so when the place opened in january i messaged them (as no phone number to call) we had to send it back( using the warrenty) which took 3 weeks for it to be fixed an returned to us.i paid for the parts seprately to be put into the computer, when it came there was Not a disc tray that i paid for, the cpu was not overclocked that i paid for and gpu at a high grade that i paid for was replaced by a lower grade. When i questioned them about this all they said was we couldnt get the part i had paid for an would refund us £40(as the gpu they put in was cheaper) back they DID NOT refund any money back. .They had put a disc tray in it but that was it.We never got any money back or anything an havent heard from them since i would say avoid this place!!!

Honestly one of the worst purchases I've ever made.
So me and a friend both needed new pc's. We saw a great Xmas time deal and both bought the same pc.
The advert promised it would be with us in time for Xmas.
We nervously waited for 2 weeks only to realise it wasn't coming. We contacted the Phoenix team who then told us they were waiting for pc parts to arrive and due to them being delayed, we wouldn't be getting our pc's for another week. However they promised to upgrade our courier so we would receive it quicker.
We waited another week and received a dispatch email from the courier team.
Because the courier team was in Bristol, we tried calling the courier team to go collect it. They wouldn't allow us to do this and also explained that if the service had been upgraded (which it hadn't) we would have had the pc's by now.
So at this point we knew Phoenix team had lied to us and hadn't actually upgraded anything.
Okay so nightmare over right? At least the pc arrives and by some god, just before Xmas. No.
We open the suspiciously small box to find a badly put together Pc. Literally one of the panels wasn't on correctly and was bulging so could see wires popping out.

I open the pc up to fix the problem and give it a checking. Turns out the parts (the pc we ordered) were different! So not only did we have to wait longer for the spare parts but the parts wern't even what we ordered! We contacted Phoenix straight away who told us "sorry we wanted to get the pc's to everyone in time for Xmas so we swapped some of the components for others".
Now not only is this stupid because we chose the parts (and paid extra for some) but anyone buying a product expects the product they bought not something completely different. They obviously don't have parts to make a pc on site so order in all the parts. great system.
How pheonix thought we wouldn't check is beyond me. On top of this, the pc was badly put together with loose wires everywhere. Some parts of the pc case were barren while other parts were stuffed with thick wiring bulging the actual pc case. The internal lights the pc came with didn't work.
The ssd card was loose and not in a slot, just hanging from a wire.
So just to be clear, at this point Phoenix have been late, they lied to us and then gave us a badly put together pc with different parts which we hadn't ordered.
I do some googling and the gfx card they put in the pc was worth about £300 less than the card they were meant to put in (when we told Phoenix this they literally asked us how we were valuing our gfx cards...i found this quite rude but I said "the price after a google search....."). Potential scam business?
The power unit in the pc buzzed and hissed so the damn thing was loud forever.
The worst part is we tried living with the pc for a day or two. Both me and my friend experienced a list of problems. The most memorable was trying to watch a 30 minute program only to have the pc freeze and crash 6 times.

Okay so we both decide at this point that it's not worth the hassle and to just get our money back.
I call them up and receive all the return info. I asked if I would receive my refund by Xmas time because you know...the idea was I had a new pc for Xmas. They tell me yes as long as they don't use Paypal. We agree we won't do that.
Surprise surprise, refunded to PayPal account on the 23rd of December who then take a week to refund it to my account.
So all in all Phoenix tech are liars, rude, con men and dodgy salesmen that ruined my Xmas. Genuinely think pheonix is a scam for people who know less about pc's.

When my money finally arrived, i bought a ready built pc from pc specialist. It arrived 2 days after I ordered it and is just amazing. No trouble or anything and it hasn't made any noise or frozen since I bought it.
Don't trust these 3rd party "companies". If you're going to get a pc, go to somewhere decent like pcspecialist or meshpc's

The deal for my pc seemed great - nearly too good to be true. I purchased it - so did a friend - and waited for 5 days (the estimated build time) with no contact. After a week, I got worried that I had not received any pc or any communications from Phoenix Tech. I contacted them and received a response a few days later saying it would be delayed a few days because they were waiting for parts. Three weeks and many communications later, my pc arrived (without the promised keyboard). I booted it up and it kept losing power. My friend had the same issue. I looked inside to find a different processor, graphics card and memory than I had ordered - all of which were less powerful and cheaper than what I had paid for. They gave me a tb hard drive as opposed to my 250ssd because they felt it would work the same. They gave me an i5 instead of an i7 but with more cores from a different manufacturer. The graphics card was low quality because they didn't have the one I wanted in stock. It worried me that they didn't know what they were talking about when it came to fairly basic computing knowledge. My friend however opened his to find hardware not attached to casing, sheered wires and more. When we spoke to them they said it must have been one of the interns who built them but they could get new ones to us in a month. I didn't want any more untrained people building my pc. I got my money back and went to PC specialist - I have never looked back.
