Good build. Unfortuently I had to buy my own Wi-Fi dongle that was supposed to be included with the bundle and it was a bit later in being delivered but I had good communication throughout and happy with what I received.

Great company and I'm very happy with the PC build. The Team and George especially were excellent. George responded to my questions anytime day or night and answered them all in full everytime.

As for the PC it's self. I had it built to spec, with Phoenix help of course and it runs all the latest games with ease. Delivery time was a week and arrived exactly when it was supposed to with all my accessories that I asked for.

Couldn't be happier with the service.

Very good experience from start to finish.
Liked the fact we had the option to pay with instalments.very good communications.
Was allowed to alter order and upgrade certain things on pc.And was very well advised what would work well and what wouldnt.
Good after sales care aswell.

Extremely pleased with this service, response times were amazing, and all questions were answered thoroughly and put into terms I could understand. The no interest payments were a wonderful help, and payment was easy to complete and set up. I still receive continuous customer service as I frequently ask questions about the computer I purchased as he has been more than happy to help me. Overall I would recommend this service to anyone who would like a new computer on a budget or are just starting to get into and are new to pc's like myself. I was looking for a starter pc gaming set up for my 15 year old and had no idea what was needed to give him what he was after within a limited budget. Phoenix Tech were fantastic advisng me and they put together an amazing deal and helped us set it all up. I now have a very satisfied teen! l doubt you'll come across a better customer service and the products are fantastic. 10 out of 10!

I have been pending for nearly a year on a replacement for a product that I returned back in July of 2017. I have been persistent in attempting to contact them (via both Messenger and E-mail), yet responses are few and far apart. On several occasions promised to have the product sent out when a shipment arrives the following Monday, however yet to hear of anything, whether it be a confirmation of shipment etc.

As far as communications go I am willing to discuss matters with PhoenixTech as much as possible however with the number of empty promises they have given and the lack of response, I will be needing to look at my options with trading standards and citizen advice unless they come back to me with a resolution. This level of poor service is unacceptable and I feel like I have been dismissed for reason unbeknown to myself.

Brilliant person centred service. Nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant communication. George is knowledgeable and interested in what I needed and built me a desktop specific to my needs. Absolutely recommend this service.

Computer came over a month after what the expected delivery date was and on my last month of pay i missed a payment so my windows was deactivated, this was 3 months ago and even after i have paid it off my email and messenger has been blocked, they wont help me

In would not recommend this company ever to any one. We placed an order early December for a Xmas presant. I am still waiting today (6th of Feb) for my order to arrive as promised so many times already. Slow to reply to emails. Many times don't even reply. Too many promises that have not been kept. I have been told so many lies about items being sent in next day or so and not actually hapoening. I am now looking at my options with trading standard and citizens advice. I would happily take a full refund right now as I have no trust in this company. Poor from start to finish. Well finish hasn't even happened yet as I still don't have the product I ordered in December last year.

It been terrible ordered computer in November for Xmas came in December all smashed up from transport sent it back a new pic came 23 dec but found it did not work so emailed again when open after Xmas they picked up pic again this was an Xmas present. To this date have not received anything they said if I don't receive it by the 30 day ct of I would receive my deposit back as I'm on a payment plan. I said I want my deposit back but been told I can't as I'm past the 21 days cooling period I still not received a working computer I would avoid this company and I'm going to trading standards my son still has not got a Xmas present and I have no computer

Brilliant product, service and communication. PC arrived on time, easy set up and is excellent.

Took a month to come then the monitor and keyboard were missing was for my son for xmas. Ordered it on the 24th November and he’s still waiting on the 27th December for monitor and keyboard had a very disappointed 14 year old on xmas day. No apology or anything

Unreal sevice and verry helpful I would give them a ten star if I could definitely recommend them and there payment ways are really good too just wish there was more company's that use there system of trust verry happy with my pc

Phoenix tech are amazing. Great but cheap gaming PCs and equipment. Bundled in a free headset and exterminated shipping price. Would rate 6/5 if I could 😄

I started talking to George after accidentally placing an order, he gave me an instant refund as i wanted to make a few changes to the pc, he is an amazing person to deal with and helped me every step of the way with all of my enquiry's i made, and answered them all in great detail, he designed the pc how i wanted it to be and gave me a great deal on the full setup. The payment plan also came in handy and he managed to lower my deposit a little bit which helped me out loads too! i cannot recommend this company enough, please if you are in the market for a gaming pc, get yourself one from Phoenix Tech, the support and service i have received is 2nd to none, and the packaging was amazing. I cannot thank George enough for all the help i have received, and would only go to this company for my pc and peripheral needs! Happy is an understatement!!!

I ordered a PC bundle through Phoenix tech on a payment plan basis -
I received frequent update emails on my builds progress and if I wanted to make any changes etc.
I was kept up to date with everything through the whole process.
I'm rubbish at reviews but there is litterally no reservations at all if your looking for a pc a monitor or any peripherals Phoenix tech have got you covered.
