Terrible experience. At first, Arnas tried to captivate you with their product and the dream of "financial freedom" in a few months, using manipulation techniques. However, once you join the program, the feedback from Arnas becomes harsh and even humiliating. The cost is very high (USD 3,000). It's better to get training on YouTube for free. Don't waste your money that way.

If I could give this company no stars I would. Poor quality, poor resolution to issues and don't even try to request a refund and return. Avoid at all costs.

I am writing here to warn anyone who might think of pursuing faceless Instagram "coaching" with "Passionate Income" company.
As usual, I saw their marketing campaign on YouTube or Instagram and decided to schedule a call to learn more about what they can offer. The first 10 minutes of the call were okay-ish. It seemed the interviewer was honestly interested in why I was there and what I wanted to achieve. After the first 10 minutes, I noticed that this call was going nowhere and the only intention was to get my consent on the call to subscribe for their services. It is the so-called "one-call close" tactic, including high emotional pressure and fear-based selling. He offered $5.8k USD for really vague things like chat groups, access to all coaches, and some other random things. He would not go into details about what he was offering, and when I asked to send me a written offer with a detailed description of what I am signing up for, he would not allow me to get into that at all. Once I said to him that I understood what he was aiming for and that I was not going to make any decision on this call, he started playing manipulative tactics, pressuring me with things like: "If you want to be successful, you have to overcome fear”. He probed my finances directly, asking about "checkings, savings accounts... “I don't know if you have crypto or any kind of stocks, like what's available there just to structure something out from that," then framed my resistance as poor mindset holding me back from success, saying things like "do you want to be the guy that keeps looking at 5,800 as a lot or you want to find a way. As they say, "You are currently unsuccessful, even though you were trying to achieve something for the past few years because you are delaying, same as you are doing right here." Questions like "Do you feel like I am pushing you right now or I am keeping you accountable?" This is typical manipulation to make you feel vulnerable and think that you are unsuccessful because you are not taking the action they want you to take.

When talking about the finances and the amount being significant, he kept saying if I was serious I could “make it work”. Which, between the lines, implies to do what it takes, if necessary take out a loan or use a credit. For people who are insecure about their current situation, this could be a very bad outcome. They will take your last money or even borrowed money to help you with who knows what.

This is one of the worst and most unprofessional companies I have come across. You pay your money, then receive a call. They make an appointment to have an online meeting. My call was at 20.00hrs. My meeting was at 11.00hrs the following morning. Then they asked me to watch a video before the meeting. They dont tell you it is an uncut 6-hour video. One young man comes across, ok, the other looks stoned. The quality is terrible, and seeing the people didn't inspire me with confidence.
I then recieved a call 50 minutes before the call and explained the concerns about quality, the person looking stoned and the amount ot information they expected you to watch. The response wasn't a denial that he was stoned; it was, "So what?" Look at what he has achieved. I was told the footage was supposed to be poor. He said they were looking to improve. But basically, he didn't care. They want your money. I watched an hour and a half, and it showed you how to open an Instagram account and look at a niche. It could have been taught in a fraction of the time or a google search. The caller then blamed me for not wathing more of the video suggesting I put it on double speed. If you are looking for a professional company, stay away. They may have achieved some success, but they are not good trainers or coaches. Their view is that we have achieved this so that we can teach it. One final thing successful people usually have is a nice place to video or put a suitable background on the video. These had blurred backgrounds that looked like they may have been in their bedroom. I hope I have given a good piece of background information, My honest opinion is stay away so you wont be disappointed.

No response from support, I paid double for one course, wrote a couple of times on different emails- Zero response. The video course is useless as it does not work; you pay for nothing. One to one have no idea s as again on their FB Group or any other channel, no responses. I would prefer a refund, but nowhere to ask. As it was ~20$ then I will just forget about them.

I purchased a digital course from The Passionate Income via CopeCart. The sales page clearly advertised a 14-day money-back guarantee — no fine print, no conditions — simply “if you're not 100% confident, we’ll refund you.”

I requested the refund within 10 days, after receiving low-quality templates that I had to chase down myself. I contacted the vendor multiple times and included CopeCart in every email. They took days to respond, then denied the refund based on vague “completion criteria” that were never disclosed before purchase.

This is a textbook case of false advertising and what’s known as a dark pattern — using misleading claims to make a sale, then blocking the customer from accessing what was promised.

CopeCart processed the payment, ignored the clear evidence, and chose to side with the vendor despite their own policies. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this platform or this seller.
