A scam. Poor quality glasses arrived broken and out of shape. The response is the same every time, offering a £3 refund. I have asked several times but the response does not acknowledge my request, like it is the first time I emailed. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Waste of money.

This company are absolutely not worth buying from. The bras were NO GOOD and were too big and although I asked 5 times for a returns number plus return address all they kept saying was its too expensive to send back and why dont I try to sell it or give it to someone else!!
Please, please, please DO NOT BUY from this company, the goods are no good and you will not get your money back!! They will offer a token refund in my case £2 then £4 and finally £7 which I said I did not want as I wanted a total refund for items that DO NOT FIT!! They have now stopped answering my emails!!! Do yourselves a favour and give them a very wide berth!!!

I replied to a Facebook advert, which was a total lie regarding glasses that worked for distance and close up, ie. 1 pair suits all requirements, my pair arrived and were totally useless

DO NOT BUY I wish I had read this first, poorly made item from China. They do NOT accept returns or do you get a refund as stated in the advert. Zero support in the bra. I was offered a part refund and advised to sell the item to make some money back. They also took without permission an additional payment which was refunded when questioned. Finally settled on a £8 refund which had started at £2.

Absolutely awful bra, was drawn in by social media adverts and thought I would try. Quality is shocking, support is non existent. Says you can return but I have been offered £3 and now they are ignoring me. AVOID at all cost!

Although the ordering and tracking was not as good as some platforms their bras are the most comfortable I've ever worn.
The product is so well designed and the construction is lightweight, barely know you've got one on, no 'digging in' at last.

Poor poor poor - eventually got the item which is useless and I asked for full refund , have been offered £2 then £4 and now nothing - wish I had read these reviews before purchasing - disgusting- don’t buy from this so called company

Took ages to arrive and despite telling them my measurements and asking if the size I ordered would fit the bra was way too small. Asked to return and they said £2 then £4 then nothing!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

DO NOT ORDER from this company, I ordered a bra which did arrive but was unsuitable so I contacted them for their returns address only to be told it would cost me a lot to return and offered a £2 refund - insult - so I declined and was then offered £4 -again insult - and still no return address.

Never received my order it's be months!!

Yet another Instagram scam!!!

First of all they charged me extra than what the price on the invoice stated, which they then refunded but who does that? Then they sent medium which is way too small so I wasted £29.97 and now they don't respond! This is a dodgy, unreliable company and I wouldn't order from them!

The package is very late and the tracking is appalling. Said it was delivered when it wasn't. Then says the package is in USA? I'm in Ireland. They are a very dodgy company.Steer well clear. There are others.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Delivering was ridiculously slow then the bra’s offer no support. Nothing on website on how to return for refund. Emailed customer service they offered £2 refund I refused and asked for full refund as bra’s are useless, they then offered £4 refund. I refused and asked for return instructions to get refund; no response at all

I ordered a bra off of them and what a surprise no bra no answer nothing guess I have been coned

I ordered a Valentine’s Day card in February and paid extra for expedited delivery and shipping insurance. My order still hasn’t arrived. I’ve asked for a refund but they just keep fobbing me off and ask me to wait for it to arrive to reconsider. I have not had any tracking update n over 2 weeks now. Terrible service and obviously a scam. I saw this advertised on Instagram so hopefully they will ban them in future.

Invoice paid by credit card. 3 emails arrived immediately with different amounts to.
Then when credit card was received y bank the amount had risen by 30%.
Please steer clear

One star is too many! Clearly a scam company. Facebook should not allow this company to advertise as you will not receive the goods. They are currently refusing to refund or send a replacement item (Valentines Day card). I will remove this review if they satisfy the order

I ordered flower seeds. They keep telling me the order was delivered, It was not. Asked for a refund and they just ignore me.

I Ordered 3x bras on January 3rd, vague tracking, items apparently have been in Glasgow since 31st January, ive been told repeatedly to give it a few more days, when I emailed a different customer service email they came back saying my items would be sent out shortly? I've asked for a refund twice now and now I receive no replies...don't order anything from this company, they'll take your money quickly but are no help from there...
